Unable to log in, no way to verify identity

When I tried to log into my account, I got this trash:

Suspicious login prevented
We blocked an attempt to access your account because we weren't sure it was really you.

This happens when we notice unusual login activity, like an attempt to log in too many times, or from a different location or device.

You'll need to wait before trying to log in again. Some blocks are removed automatically.

Get help with login issues.
======================
This was my first login attempt in more than a month, so "too many times" doesn't apply. Nor did this page give me any way to verify who I am (such as two-factor authentication, they have my E-mail and/or phone on file) so this screen is absolutely worthless.

Suspended account, 0 Support

We had an extremely frustrating experience with X (formerly Twitter). Our official startup account (@sidex_fun) and our founder’s account (@sleechain) were suspended without prior notice or any clear explanation — right in the middle of our participation in the Colosseum Hackathon, a critical event for our project.

It appears these suspensions were the result of organized “mass reporting” by malicious actors, not actual policy violations. We’ve tried every possible way to contact support, but have yet to receive any human response or clarification.

In addition, we invested €190 in the “X Premium Business” verification process, which took four days to review and was never completed. Without proper support channels or transparency, this situation has been deeply damaging to our team and to the growth of Sidex.

We sincerely hope X will urgently review these cases and improve how legitimate startups are treated especially those actively contributing to the tech community.

Absolutely Devastating — Long-Standing X Business Account Permanently Suspended Without Explanation

Our X business account, which we had owned and maintained for years, was permanently suspended without any clear reason or meaningful support.
We never engaged in spam, political activity, or any behavior that would violate X’s policies. The account was secured with 2FA authentication and associated with a valuable 4-letter vanity URL.(which is the same/consistent on all other social platforms)
The issue began after several unsuccessful login attempts on iPhone app, which resulted in a temporary 24-hour lock. When we attempted to log in again after that period, we discovered the account had been permanently suspended for “violating X’s rules,” with no specific explanation provided.
We have always complied with the platform’s guidelines. After spending 2.5 years upgrading our website, we were finally preparing to launch a major social media advertising campaign — and this happened at the worst possible moment.
We contacted X support multiple times and provided proof of ownership (we also own Service mark for our 4-letter brand) , yet the only response we received was a cold, generic message stating: “We can’t assist you further with accessing your account.” No clarification, no escalation, no real review.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there an official channel where a legitimate business can file a formal complaint?
If this is how X treats long-standing business users, it seriously calls into question whether it can be considered a trustworthy or reliable platform.

X support is shockingly bad

X support is shockingly bad. They use AI? To determine rule violations. But the AI isnt AI ar all. It has no intelligence and cant understand context. Its useless. They lock your account. You submit an appeal. Nothing. 2 days later. Request an update. Nothing. 5 days in now. Read only still. You try and raise a complaint and it says your appeal is in the queue. There is so way of raising a complaint. Ive had loss of service for a week for no reason other than the AI not being intelligent. I will likely not receive any recompense either. As its in their small print. It is so frustrating and very poor service. Very poor. Worst Ive encountered.

Scammed

I paid for X Premium and was permanently banned for doing the most basic thing a social platform is designed for: replying to people.
No warning. No meaningful explanation. Just “permanent suspension” for “spam”, which apparently now includes normal conversation if you’re even mildly active.
What makes it worse?
They kept the money.
Paid subscription. Service withdrawn. Refund refused.
That’s not moderation — that’s a shakedown.
This platform used to be chaotic but functional. Under Elon Musk, it’s become a badly run experiment where rules are vague, enforcement is random, and paying customers are disposable. You can violate nothing, follow no bots, post no links, and still be erased — with zero human accountability.
There’s no real appeal process. No customer support worth the name. Just automated responses and silence.
If you’re thinking of paying for Premium, don’t. You’re not buying protection, reach, or support — you’re buying the privilege of being banned faster, with your wallet already emptied.
A once-useful platform, now run like a joke. And not a funny one.

Blatant Antisemitism

I will start with the Pros. First, I love Elon Musk, and believe he has good intentions. The X Platform was needed because in the past few decades journalism has literally went to Hell in a hand basket. Though journalists have always been guilty of conveying a personal bias, journalism in the recent decades has refused to report both sides, which was listed under their basic ‘Code of Conduct.’

The negative; as a former educator; I was absolutely appalled by the blatant Antisemitism blasting across the X platform. It seems that no other forms of discrimination is allowed on X; except for antisemitism. I have read users replies to Israeli posts and I reported them for harassment and hate; yet the response I received was this is not a violation of X policies. So, I guess human rights are only allowed if you’re not a Jew. I immediately deleted my account after my repeated efforts to stop Antisemitism failed.

A small history lesson here: Do you know who was the Most Hated group of people since the beginning of time? Yes; Jews. And when you Hate Any Group of People without a cause; not only do you Hate the Great Creator, but You Hate Creation itself.

I finally joined X after many years and…

I finally joined X after many years ,Never personally joined twitter or x.com in my life. I'm 62
So it was Christmas and I began to set up my handle @westworldlife7 . I put my AI art work picture up in the banner. A picture of Santa with Rudolf his reindeer. Very innocent picture for all ages. Next I posted my first post. Another one of my AI creations , Santa resting in his chair to say hello and Merry Christmas to all
. I saw a game in my feed and liked it and commented that I also enjoy the game.
I verified my email and phone number as well. Logged off and signed into X the next day , YOUR account is suspended , so I filed an appeal. After a week nothing so I filed again. Next day they wrote saying account permanently suspended do not contact us this is closed case.
1.) What rules did I break ?
2.) I am upset at X the way they handled it. Most likely a stinking bot. Well X Totally unprofessional. D

propaganda website full of bots

It brags about how much freedom of speech they have now. Yes, to SOME extent you can see some videos that you wouldn't be able to see on youtube...but for the most part, probably 95% it's just a bunch of bot or government accounts spewing propaganda on whatever is the hot topic at the moment. They don't even try to hide it, user claims to live in UK and you click them, it says "account based in india". I got banned many times and shadowbanned, I got photos. Official messages from X not conspiracy theories. They do NOT support freedom of speech. Except if some big government official advocates to wage war and kill millions, that's perfectly acceptable.

edit: it says my "review is pending" meaning that even with the low abysmall score that you see here, that's the BEST they could do. So there's lots of even more negative reviews that were obviously censored. DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPILOT

Intentionally Obscure Subscription Cancellation

I attempted to cancel my subscription two weeks before renewal.
After clicking the cancel button, I was shown a discount offer. I declined and clicked cancel again, which then redirected me to Stripe.

As a normal user, this looked like the cancellation flow was completed. There was no clear confirmation that my subscription was still active.

Despite this, I was charged again.
On the same day of the charge, I immediately contacted support requesting a refund and full cancellation. The response was that refunds are not allowed under their policy.

The issue is not the refund policy itself, but the confusing and misleading cancellation experience. If a user clicks cancel multiple times and is redirected to a payment processor, it should be explicitly clear whether the subscription is active or canceled.

This feels like a dark pattern rather than an honest cancellation flow.
