First of all- great choice of bathroom related items- quite a big showroom in Zwolle. But you need to know what you need as service do not include design advices. We bought all here for our new bathroom and toilet- there are some promotions sometimes so aim for that for big purchase.
But apart of great quality of items- I’m really happy with after sales
service - our mirror didn’t fit- there was no problem to exchange it 2 months after delivery. Plus delivery service fantastic- all placed in the house not unpacked at parking. So overall would recommend it big time!!!!

We had an issue with the products we purchased from Brugman, and unfortunately it was not resolved or compensated. By coincidence, we then walked into X2O and asked whether they had a longer sink drain available. A lady—whose name I sadly can’t remember at the moment—helped us incredibly. We would like to sincerely thank this wonderful lady at Arena X2O for her outstanding support.

Very disappointed with my experience. For the price point, I expected much better service and reliability. Our order arrived missing essential assembly parts, and when we contacted customer service, they didn’t even attempt to investigate the issue. They offered no real help or solutions and showed no urgency to resolve the problem. Overall, the lack of support and accountability was extremely frustrating and far below what you’d expect from a store in this price range.

We have been to multiple showrooms but in none of them we have felt so welcome as in this one.
Starting from the very well organized space that was easy to walk around and find things, to the selection of items and ending with the customer service.
We were immediately helped and treated with a lot of patience in choosing all the right items we wanted for our dream bathroom!

From the moment I entered the Barendrecht showroom, I was acknowledged by the personnel with a smile and good morning but given the time to first look around. After that, I was helped by a very friendly but professional sales person who helped me with all my questions & my bathroom items. She also walked with me to the items I wasn't sure about so I could see what they actually looked like which made me feel confident with what I had selected. All-in-all, I was happy and felt less stress than I had expected.
