I purchased Xcotton shipping insurance for a Christmas gift shipped from China that never arrived in the US. The small cost of insurance was definitely a good investment for getting my money back when the seller wouldn’t refund my purchase. Cherry tried her best to help us get our lost package. Unfortunately, the package was lost and could not be sent again as it was out of stock so Cherry got us a refund for the missing package. Unfortunately, Erommy (where we bought the product) had shipped it in two packages (two parts). We received the first part but not the second. Cherry was able to refund us for the missing package. We are hoping that Erommy will let us return and refund us for the first package as it is useless without the parts in the missing one.

When my son’s Christmas present was stolen by a FexEx employee, he was left disappointed on Christmas morning. The e-bike was a limited edition. Luckily, I purchased shipping insurance.
