Good investment for the price

I purchased Xcotton shipping insurance for a Christmas gift shipped from China that never arrived in the US. The small cost of insurance was definitely a good investment for getting my money back when the seller wouldn’t refund my purchase. I worked with Cherry, who promptly returned my emails and made sure my clam was filed correctly and processed quickly. I had a great experience

Cherry tried her best to help us get…

Cherry tried her best to help us get our lost package. Unfortunately, the package was lost and could not be sent again as it was out of stock so Cherry got us a refund for the missing package. Unfortunately, Erommy (where we bought the product) had shipped it in two packages (two parts). We received the first part but not the second. Cherry was able to refund us for the missing package. We are hoping that Erommy will let us return and refund us for the first package as it is useless without the parts in the missing one.

Had a delivery from a well known courier company where they took a picture of package at closed door and said delivered now they never left parcel but because I purchased insurance on it I got sorted out all thanks to Feige for his help

Great customer service

When my son’s Christmas present was stolen by a FexEx employee, he was left disappointed on Christmas morning. The e-bike was a limited edition. Luckily, I purchased shipping insurance. When I made a claim, Feige was incredibly helpful. She investigated, then processed my approved payment in just a few days—allowing me to purchase another one for my son. Finally the new bike arrived and my son is delighted. Thanks Feige for saving Christmas!
