Renewing my contract - got there in the end
I contacted YouFibre this week because I wanted to renew my contract before my monthly fee went up. I tried doing it on their website but found the site confusing (a bit like Ryanair’s, with loads of extras you’re not sure you really need). So I tried calling and was on hold with no indication of where I was in the queue or how long I’d have to wait until my call was answered. Not good enough YouFibre! Customers are people and will always want to speak to fellow human beings!! In the end I emailed and Noxolo and Wendy were super prompt and helpful and we renewed my contract over email with no dramas. If the website and phone situation hadn’t have been so rubbish I’d have given YouFibre five stars because their broadband is pretty good. Sort your phones out, YouFibre! People will still need to call you and it’s not difficult to let people know where they are in the queue when on hold, or give them the option for a callback.

Very polite engineer called Josh carried out the work, stayed in touch with me via text leading up to the appointment so I knew when he was going to be at the property. Clean tidy and very helpful. Had to move the TV but then put everything back in it's place before he left. Went through how the router works, how to check the speeds, WiFi log in and what to do it anything goes wrong.

This is a review on the email help desk: I’ve been trying to get help after my installation 2 days ago but the email helpline is very slow and rubbish, after 48 hours I’ve got no where. I’ve tried another route and have an engineer coming out tomorrow to see why the installation has gone wrong though. Since the installation the internet speed is high but it drops every 3-5 minutes making calls, Netflix and gaming unenjoyable as we wait while it buffers. Hoping the engineer will find the fault and fix it tomorrow.

1st time I've had an issue with the service and really disappointed, if this is what they are like when there is a problem, then I'll be looking to leave once contract is up !!!!
Arranged an enigneer then cancelled, said outage in my area hence cancellation, next door neighbours with you aswel and no issues with they're Internet
Once thing I won't accept is being lied to and having customer service who are obviously not well trained and clueless to resolve issues
