They sent me the wrong size and don't reply to my request to get it changed to the ordered size.
Really bad behaviour!

No interaction with them!

We have got a pullover in a totally different color from the one we have ordered.
While I could accept that it's totally of plastic (it's written nowhere, but with such a price I've expected it), it really made me sad the fact that I've ordered with my daughter and we have got something different. Totally different.

Then, I've sent them 3 emails, but I've got ZERO answers from them! I've tried to sent it back, but they never gave me an answer. Never! Hence the money back guarantee it's a total fake!

Never ever buy from them!

Be careful, stay away.

Clothing is of very poor quality, has a very unpleasant chemical smell and does not correspond to the picture on the homepage.
Exchange or return would have cost €45 as it would have had to be sent to China.
The return guidelines were not previously available on the homepage.

very poor quality, fraudulent!! 3xl sweaters were children's sizes. I'm not sending the sweaters back because it takes too much time.
I warn everyone to never order from this fraudulent seller.

I bought clothes from Zarofia, unfortunately I paid in advance because I did not realize that a Chinese company is behind it. I returned the goods for €50 and never saw my money (€220) again. Zarofia are fraudsters. My lawyer can't do anything because the online revocation page doesn't work. Definitely don't order here!

Completely agree with everyone, it's a scam. They did send all the items I ordered, buy the quality is extremely poor! It looks like the cheapest Chinese crap and looks nothing like the images on their website...I didn't try to get refund or something because I was afraid I won't get my money back but now I read that I was right... Too bad I didn't read Trustpilot in the first place 💔

Complete scum company, stay away. I did get some product, it arrived, but it does not have anything common with the article that I ordered, it is a basically a garbage. I wrote them, that I want to return the ware, and I did get an answer, to pack it and send it to CHINA. Although they never mentioned China before, it was allegedly Nederland that is written on their web-site.
Of course that sending the thing back to China (35€) costs more than I have paid the ware (32€), so I gave up. Unfortunately, I did not read trustpilot on time

The quality is very, very very very bad and if you want to return it you have to ship it to China on your costs!
