This site is a scam . Please don’t buy from them. No customer service, no refunds, poor quality goods, sizing all wrong. Now emails to customer service are returned as email address no longer exists.

Their sizing is all wrong, agree with a previous review, I too ordered and received a cardigan, it was way, way too small. They said pay for postage, to send a bigger size, I did and it was the same size.
I had already ordered and received the same cardigan from Temu, quality vastly superior and cost way less. WOuld have ordered the other colour from Temu but they had sold out sadly.
Would never purchase from this company again, What a waste of money, sadly for my wallet.

Wish I done review research before buying! Sizing is completely off and quality not amazing. Currently in the struggle to get a refund.

Been trying to get a refund and it's been a ridiculous email conversation. They don't even sign off with a name of a representative and don't allow for returns within NZ even though they say Wellington, New Zealand. What bull shit! They should be sued!!

The items come from China and there’s no shop in Wellington despite the photos that showed one. The quality is terrible . Very disappointed as the photos looked great. I was totally sucked in by them. I will never buy from this site again

It pains me to give a 1 star rating , as this is far too generous. The website leads you to believe it’s a local company and shows high quality items. Unfortunately this is where it ends, as they are made and are sent from a sweat shop in Hong Kong! This is a SCAM people! The items are nothing like you expect: polyester rubbish; crap sewing and finish; look like something from the $2 shop or ‘look sharp’ fancy dress. If uve been scammed like me, you first need to email the company requesting a refund due to the poor quality and false advertising, then request a charge back from your bank. You can provide evidence from the online reviews and pics of the cheap, crap items u received if necessary.

Absolute RUBBISH No labels or contact details. I am waiting for a response regarding a request for a mailing address to return the goods.

Terrible company to deal with. Website makes it sound like an nz company but came from china coat looks nothing like the image and when I asked for return instructions I was offered a 10% refund if I just keep it.

I bought two items from what i read was a closing down sale in a zealora-Auckland I wanted to return a jacket It was too small and it didn't look nice and I wanted a refund. I received parcel weds 30th April and sent an email immediately that day with the instruction on their returns policy. That was 4 days ago. All I received for three emails that I sent. I received automated replies that they will give a replacement. I realised this could be a scam when I saw the parcel was coming from Hong Kong not NZ.

Absolute bollocks. Jacket looks nothing like those pictured. I wouldn't pay $20 for it. Cheap crap. Do not waste your time or money. The colour is the only thing decent about it. No packing slip, no email communication, nothing. Do not be fooled by these scammers!

Received my order today for a red rain jacket, not like the photo and certainly not value for money. Very disappointed.

I ordered what looked like a beautiful red cardigan in a Large.
What arrived was a child's size cardigan - small but beautiful colour and lovely buttons. No use returning due to costs - will try to find someone small I can donate it to.
Unfortunately I did not find this site before ordering.
Stay away from this outfit - not worth losing your money!!

This company shows as NZ company with pictures on the site that do NOT represent the product. Item received was VERY poor quality, not the same as picture. Return and refund requested - No address given offered 10% then 20% to keep the piece of garbage I paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Not a New Zealand company, their products are straight out of Temu, terrible quality and not as advertised. They discourage returns and offer 10% refund and tell you to give the item to a family member. They are a total scam.

Goods not delivered, you can't find website so they will set up another.

The product was not at all leather as advertised. Colour wrong I paid $100 at half price for the ugliest plastic smelling boots. I am so disappointed.what a waste of my hard earned money ..
Don't buy from zelora. Not NZ based. Website pic a sham .needs to be shut down .

Total BS scamming pieces of ####, thought I had done the right amount of due diligence by sticking with what I thought by looking at the website to be NZ based company. Took my money, clothing was crap, contacted to return, NO REFUND, NO COMMUNICATION... BEWARE!!! If they fix it after the review I will amend to reflect but until then...

I wish I had seen this before o gave them $154. They're offering me $15.99 refund and saying theres no point in returns, they'll get lost. Im emailing them at moment but realise now I should just take the $15.99 2 pairs ofboots,nothing like the picture. They are straight out of China, should not gave a NZ website at all.

Do not purchase from this company. There is no option of refund. The products are poorly made from awful fabrics. I purchased a cardigan and was horrified when it arrived. Size was completely wrong and it was just awful.
