Incompetent customer service
Incompetent customer service! They gave us wrong information and we could not resolve a dispute. Ended up paying a bill for 850 Euro for a small apartment for 6 month because they threatened us with a layer. Nobody lived there and it should not have been more than 15 Euros a month. I got so sick of it because what they told us on the phone did not match with their letters. I just paid the bill because I couldn't deal with it anymore. After this experience I am canceling my other contracts with EON.
