dont call support if you're 'only' an employee: the call ends automatically when you select this option.
called support, selected the option 'im an employee' (not of zenegy), then received an automated reply to contact my employer for help and the call ended.
im trying to update my banking info so i can get paid. super poor experience that you can't call for support if you're 'only' an employee.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. As an employee, you need to contact your employer who in turn can contact us. The reason behind this is that Zenegy has to comply with GDPR regulations.
Zenegy also has a certification called ISAE 3402. In order to achieve this certification, Zenegy must prove how we operate with and handle data.

Having said all that, I appreciate the feedback. We of course want you as a customer and employee receiving a payslip generated by Zenegy to understand why we do things the way we do. And that is because we value your data and handle it seriously and with the utmost care.
