We really enjoyed the meals and weekly…
We really enjoyed the meals and weekly deliveries for our family. However I really had a very disappointing experience. While selecting recipes for the week only half way through and still deciding with my family, I suddenly received an email saying my order has been placed and would arrive within 48 hours. I hadn’t completed the order, nor did I authorise the payment. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering again as I can’t rely on a service that processes orders without clear confirmation or authorisation

Terrible company
I haven’t even received my summerhouse yet, but customer service so far been horrendous! They harassed me numerous times a day before my purchase , I only bought from them because I was promised an early delivery, and now they are refusing to commit to a date they originally promised!

Not worth the hype!it’s nice enough…
Not worth the hype!it’s nice enough alternative. Smell doesn’t last and leaves streak. Unlike other subscriptions they don’t email you with a reminder, they just send new ones, I have about 10 bottles now, so I’m gonna make sure to cancel, simply because because it won’t remind you to skip a delivery! Customer service could have avoided that

Disappointed
They promised to deliver on Wednesday, I took day off work, and they didn’t deliver. It took them whole day to realise and communicate with me that delivery won’t be happening. Considering how much they charge for delivery, service is unacceptable! And table itself, when trying to extend, it doesn’t line up , so impossible to fit middle parts to extend! Would not recommend this company

Terrible customer service. I paid for next day delivery. 4 days later I finally received my order. No refund, or any acknowledgment that they didn’t fulfilled their promise.

Avoid
terrible company, they don’t reply to any emails. However they like to send you lots of emails, threatening to cancel policy without any reason. Oh and with the box they provide you , you are only allowed to drive when it’s light outside. So during winter months, that would be between 9 am and 4pm. Of course that’s not explained in the policy. They Increased my premiums without any explanation. I had to go through financial ombudsman to get my money back , if I could give 0 stars I would.
