Can't really give a product review as I didn't even receive the product. Poor customer service and no possible way the product was delivered.

No complaints so far. Easy to find parking and close to key areas in Glasgow. Price also more than reasonable.

Impossible to contact and no update from them after three days even that they've had the parcel for three days now.

Managed to deliver our package to the neigboring village and told us when we asked about it that it is delivered and in the back garden in safe location, our garden is not even on ground level nor did we have sheds at that point. How difficult is it to check the postcode before delivery.. and of course it wasn’t their fault. We got the package because the lovely lady who got it found our address. It was a package that my 5 year old used his own money to buy, so thank you to the lady who was honest and knows letters and numbers.

Everything was wonderful to the point where they got your money but then they show little to no interest at all. Asking for illegal premiums like reservation fee or whatever they called it and made us pay for the credit check at first. (Check your rights people) When moving out of course asked for money but when asked where is that money gonna go got no real answer. They should be able to tell you how your money is spend is they ask for it. They found a scratch in front of the fireplace and that’s it. Never trust these people ever again.

We used Barking Mad Fife and Kinross again few weeks back and have to say first class again Elaine and John. From the photos we got and videos, our dogs couldn’t look happier. I’m pretty sure they had a better holiday than we did 🙂. Will use them again and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good and trustworthy service.

We used barking mad here in Kirkcaldy for the Christmas holidays. We have an older dog and when we found out that there is a service like Barking Mad we had to find out more. This sounded like perfect holiday for our stress sensitive dog and we were right. No hidden fees and no negative surprises and door to door pick up and return.
Elaine from Barking Mad is a person in the right spot, friendly, professional and caring. She kept us informed on all matters and even made sure we feel at ease when our dog went to the hosts. Big thanks to them also, our dog was really relaxed and happy when he came back. 100% recommendation from us! J&C and H
