I run an Escape Room adventure and when I started the whole business I was searching some ready-made booking system which can handle automated payments as well. In a startup you really do not want to pay a developer who will charge you WAY too much for a bad looking, full-of-errors booking application.

So I found this SuperSaas after trying 2 other solutions - they were all below any 21st century standard - and started my business. Half day and everything was set up. Working flawlessly from day one. I think there was 2-3 times I needed to contact their customer service with serious issues or some fitting requirements. Within 2 hours all my problems were sorted. TWO HOURS people. This puts all customer service in shame known to me.

Forgot to say: for all of this I have to pay. Monthly EUR<10.

I really wonder why the last review was more than a year ago here.
