Rough start - But came out amazing in the end.

On July 22nd, I placed an Order with this business for a Steam Sauna Pro with Red Light Therapy. I get an automated email from who I suppose is the CEO of this "company" James Brodski personally thanking me for my purchase. I never received any other emails or anything about my order. I had to call, my wife had to call to get order status updates. I emailed them on the 24th of July trying to see why I haven't received any notifications in regards to my order at 10:36am CST. That evening I received a phone call from a Victoria Camacho explaining that the product that I had ordered is no longer available and that they can ship out the lesser in value one which was a 20 dollar difference per her words. I said okay, I'm fine with that, she said that they will also extend my warranty on the order and will add lavender essential oil to the order. I was satisfied with that out come of the conversation. She stated that my order will be shipped out tomorrow, meaning on Jul 25th her per email. On that Friday I received a notification via email at 4:26pm CST that my order is on the way. Per this company they state that they ship via FedEx. I followed the tracking number and Fedex never received my package until Jul 31. I received an email from Fedex on Jul 31 at 10:33pm CST that my shipment from Titan Wellness is on the way and estimated delivery is Sunday (Today).

Today being Sunday, I received my order as per Fedex, I was excited to open my box and get on a journey to better health. The material of the sauna is nice, the metal poles are nice, but there was NO Essential Oils and NO Redlight Therapy components that were supposed to be with my shipment.

In this companies emails back and forth with me, as well as when I check my order it still shows the Pro Sauna with Redlight Therapy. I will probably be pushing this up to California Attorney General.

I paid for this using my FSA, and there is no way I can get my money back. I would like the products I was promised, or something comparable to what I was promised, or a full refund via check to my home address. Once those are received, I will then change my review of this company. I have also made a complaint on the BBB for Titan Wellness

***UPDATE*** After speaking with Titan Wellness, I accept the resolution and have changed my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. I am happy with this resolution. thank you so much for your response.

Aimee B was absolutely amazing

Aimee B was absolutely amazing. She made sure that I got what I needed for my weight loss journey. She bent over backwards to help me and make sure I was satisfied with skinnyrx. I am so grateful for her and the team at SkinnyRX.
