Finally delivered my parcel only for it…

Finally delivered my parcel only for it to be left in a bush! Nobody knocked the door or used the large parcel box that is immediately outside my front door, no they thought it was a good idea to leave it in a bush next to the road. Well done Evri once again. Just an addition to this, it was the 3rd time they said they would deliver & just didn’t turn up.

I ordered from asos & it was supposed…

I ordered from asos & it was supposed to be delivered yesterday by Evri but as usual with Evri it didn’t turn up, I’ve contacted them & their automated service is telling me my parcel won’t be delivered. I’ve tried contacting ASOS for a refund & have been told to call back tomorrow??? No I’m want a refund which is within my consumer rights. 3 times now their customer service has conveniently cut me off from the chat. I’ll be getting in touch with my bank now.

This is the 5th time I’ve been promised…

This is the 5th time I’ve been promised my parcel would be delivered & yet again no attempt has been made to deliver. My original order from Trinny London was requested by them to be returned as Evri had given me 4 different dates of delivery which never happened. I contacted Trinny London & they asked Evri to return the original parcel then they sent a replacement by express, I.e. next day, Evri failed at this too. I’ve never known such appalling service.

Supposed to have had a delivery two…

Supposed to have had a delivery two days ago, still nothing, no updates as to when it will be delivered. You finally get a half decent courier that delivers on time then they leave. There’s obviously an issue with Evri as an employer.

Placed an order for £50.60 on 9th oct

Placed an order for £50.60 on 9th oct, still no sign of it nor any updates on when it will be delivered, all I keep getting is that there’s a delay. I’ve requested my money back but being told that I can only cancel within 15 minutes of placing my order. Well my crystal ball wasn’t working very well that day else I would have known that 13 days later it still wouldn’t have been despatched!

Once again poor service from Yodel who can’t seem to find my house yet all the other couriers can. The best of it is their depot is 10 minutes away from me! I’ve been in touch with their chat line yesterday but no updates on when my parcel will be delivered.

I ordered 3 peanut dog toys on 2/8 which arrived today. Within minutes they had chewed pieces off & almost choked. These are made from very poor, cheap materials despite costing £16.85 inc delivery. Please avoid at all costs!

I ordered off eBay on 29th June

I ordered off eBay on 29th June, I’ve had 3 so called ‘attempted delivery’ now from Yodel, I’ve contacted them twice on their chat line & assured it would be delivered. It’s now 14th July & nothing. Every attempted delivery I’ve been at home for & other courier companies have delivered absolutely fine. They have got to be the worst courier company ever, this happens every time with them.

Not as advertised

Not as advertised. It was supposed to be shampoo & conditioner for medium/thick hair however the conditioner when it arrived was for fine/medium hair. I noticed after I had purchased the products that reviews had been left stating the items were not as advertised & yet they continued to do so. I did request I return the conditioner & they replace it with the medium/thick hair however they refused.

Unfortunately, due to issues with our PayPal account, the refund got rejected without me being notified. I believed everything had gone through for you and that you had received an email notification as per our normal process but unfortunately, that was not the case. We are sorry for that!

This was our first time refunding through PayPal so we did not expect this issue to arise! Thank you for flagging to us that you hadn't gotten the refund. Still not received my order

Ordered 2 x Buscopan on 22/2 still not received them. Had an email apologising stating they had installed a new robotic system but I would receive them w/c 11/3. I emailed yesterday to check I’d still be receiving them, now apparently they’ve had unforeseen complications! I’ve sent two requests for a refund, no reply. I’ll be passing this into my bank to retrieve my money.

I returned a filter as I’d ordered the…

I returned a filter as I’d ordered the wrong one, for my air purifier on 29/1 which Dyson received on 31/1 for which I have a photo from Parcelforce. I called on 15/2 to ask where my £85 refund was, I was told it would be in my bank by 17/2. Still not received it today which is now 14 working days since Dyson had the returned filter. I’ve now been told I’ve got to wait another 7 working days for MY money! I’ve asked for a manager to call me, apparently there’s a queue of people waiting for a manager to get in touch, which would suggest they have an awful lot of complaints. You can now see why Mr Dyson is a multi millionaire when the company holds onto other people’s money. I’ll never buy from this company again.

We’ve been trying to get our deposit…

We’ve been trying to get our deposit back for the rented property we are in for 2 weeks now, was told it would be last Friday but they were holding the wrong bank details. This weeks excuse is that it’s being held by head office & they are chasing it up 😒. Funny how they can take your deposit immediately however they can’t give it back! This is the Lichfield branch.
