Seamless from start to finish. Made our decision and implementation easy

From initial contact and subsequent appointments with advisor Chris and the back office support from Rebecca and Joanne, the whole process was smooth, quick and efficiently handled.
We were taken through all the options open to us, their advantages and potential downsides and then helped to come to the best decision for us.
Once that was made, the completion was effortless using the recommended legal firm and we have to say we were totally surprised (pleasantly) about how long it (didn’t) take to get the funds in our account.
Excellent, totally joined up and really nice to deal with.

Very effective and efficient - all wrapped up with professional friendliness

We have got to say that from start to finish, Equilaw were really on the ball with completion going through really quickly as far as we were concerned. At no stage did we ever feel the slightest need to chase them as they always seemed to be one step ahead!
Great communication from our case team (Amber - Case Manager and Lucy - Case Assistant) keeping us fully informed of progress and always making sure we knew what the next steps were. They quickly answered our queries so we were able to proceed almost effortlessly!
Would highly recommend them.

Timely, thorough, professionally friendly approach

In short - all options explored (not just equity release) and the best value overall proposal for meeting our goals - all in a most timely, understanding and professionally friendly manner!
Age Partnership very quickly set up a consultation with an advisor, who went to great lengths to understand our motivation/reasons for looking at equity release. Other ways of raising funds were discussed as well to make sure the equity release was indeed the best way forwards. The advisor then came back very quickly with a proposal from a number of options, which gave us the best value way to achieve our goals (not the greatest amount that could have been released - the proposal considered what gave best value for our estate overall).
After agreeing this, we’ve had a valuation booked and solicitor engaged - all within 2 weeks of initial contact with a double Bank Holiday in between. We hope the process concludes in a similarly timely manner.

Delivered to wrong address

Delivered to wrong address. The only way I could raise the issue was via an automated Chat Bot that basically just took the problem and disappeared.
Why do no companies ever have a person at the end of a phone.
I was going on holiday and needed these clothes so the poor delivery was very inconveniencing.
No apology, no explanation, no resolution from Evri.
I had to do my own detective work to eventually find the parcels were delivered to address further down the street (left in their porch!). The house number bore no relation to ours.
Guess the delivery driver can’t read house numbers clearly displayed next to the front doors.

Review of Toolstation

Great from start to finish.

This was the first time I’ve used Tool Station and I have to say I was very impressed.
I ordered for collection and the website was very easy to use and what I liked was it gave the stock available for all my choices, which would have made selecting alternatives so much easier. As it was, what I wanted was in stock (unlike other similar retailers) so order placed - and very quickly I got a text to say come and collect.
Turned up and was impressed by the ambience of the reception. Open, bright and not too cramped with product. Seen immediately by a smiling cheerful chap and within a minute was walking away with my purchase.
In getting home I found the Project Manager (The Wife) had given an in adequate specification for one of the purchased items (my fault obviously) so I had to return to do an exchange for the now clarified product.
Done without question and with a smile (apparently such Project Manager oversights are quite frequent especially at the weekends) and as the swap was the same price, I walked away with an updated invoice and a cheerio.
Will definitely use again.

Absolutely delighted with the swift, good value service.

This was the first time that I’ve ever purchased a private number plate and I have to say SwiftReg were brilliant from start to finish.

Finding the number plate I wanted was extremely easy using SwiftReg’s search tool and I thought the price very competitive for me. The purchase process was quick and simple and they also offered 2 additional services of providing new number plates for me to put on the car and also a quick transfer service once I had the V5 log book of the car I was buying and wanted to put the personal plates on.
The new plates arrived within 2 days of ordering and when I used the quick transfer service to get the number transferred at the DVLA/C - it was done in less than 3 hours. I was absolutely delighted with this and can only recommend that this service is used!

So in short, SwiftReg were indeed swift, we’re good value and made me a very happy customer!

All you could want on a Repair

The Call Centre was very responsive to my initial call and flexible in arranging a date for the Technician to call (around holidays and hospital appointments).
I got a call in advance to let me know the approximate time they would arrive and the Technician was on time.
He was very polite and pleasant to deal with and with the minimum of fuss had identified the fault (a connection not made during product assembly) and quickly repaired and tested it. From start to finish (including removing the large double oven from the kitchen unit and replacing it), the whole repair took 35 minutes.
Seriously impressed. Big thumbs up!

Fantastic as usual! Jet2 deliver again

We’ve holidayed many times with Jet2 and have enjoyed every occasion. Jet2 do quiet, friendly, efficient, great value for money holidays and we love!

We ventured this time to Sunwing Fanabe in Tenerife and everything, I mean everything, was as advertised/promised and delivered a great holiday and overall experience.

Great value for money (well we thought so) and quality resort.

We’re already planning again as we know wherever we go, we can rely on the logistics of Jet2 and their choice of resort/villa (we’ve used both types of holiday) and the rest is down to us - helped of course, by helpful resort guides from Jet2!

The App certainly made it very easy to pull everything together and do the necessary. I’m not the most ‘techy’ capable person, but I was able to do the necessary!

Jet2 we’re also very good in ensuring you knew what was needed in these difficult covid times - there really is no excuse to not be ready for everything. Key to remember is Jet2 don’t make the rules! but the phone do ensure you’re fully informed of what they are and that they are enforced.

The Engineer called as promised to give an arrival time - he was to the early part of the time slot given! - did the job quickly and was very genial and polite.
Replaced a couple of parts without question and tidied up well.
Great service and personnel!

Useless. Don’t work with their delivery drivers?

Useless. Yodel paid to make a delivery to a collection point. My parcel was loaded to local delivery van 3 days on the trot and still hasn’t made the 8 mile journey. When I contacted Yodel they said they don’t work directly with delivery drivers. What kind of nonsense is that - terrible service and terrible response.

Fantastic Service and Delivery Team

Right from the order placement, communication was excellent. Updates on delivery date and closer to the time, the expected time slot. Then there was the Tracker that enabled us to see exactly where the delivery vehicle was and where we were in the sequence of deliveries. We then got a phone call to tell us more precisely still when they would arrive - brilliant.
When Damian and Jack arrived (nice touch introducing themselves), suitably PPE’d they asked where we wanted the order taking and they carefully placed it in the garage as requested. Polite, cheerful and a real pleasure to have delivering to us.
Damian and Jack were a great advert for ArrowXL and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Excellent from start to finish

Excellent from start to finish. Our Conveyancer was very communicative and kept us totally informed. The online dashboard and App really helped understand the work going on in the background (not something we’ve ever had the luxury of with town based solicitors).
We felt we were the important people in the transaction and they were doing the best for us (again not our experience with town based solicitors).
On top of that, was the extremely good price. We’ve used ‘remote’ based firms before but We found My Home Move Conveyancing head and shoulders above them or any town based solicitors we’ve ever used.

Excellent service

Excellent service. The Dashboard and App made it almost effortless to follow and manage the process through to completion. We found it so much better than using a ‘local’ solicitor as we were much better informed all the way through and documentation was freely available for us to access. Our contact was on the ball and really good in explaining certain matters when we had concerns. She was very responsive to questions.

Brilliant service and communication throughout

We ordered from SCS because we’ve had great service before and have to say that after todays delivery, I’m happy to say they’ve somehow managed to up their game to an even higher level (and it was very good before). The whole process from viewing, ordering, manufacturing progress and finally delivery was typified by friendly cheerful polite interactions (where people involved) and fantastic communications on all matters. Seriously we cannot fault anything and SCS should be very proud of the people they have working for them.

Very happy with the level of care taken…

Very happy with the level of care taken by Kathy on my call. Our requirement was not usual as there was a disabled person living in the property on her own and we needed to be contacted before the engineer arrived to allow us time to get there.
Kathy (service desk telephone operator) fully understood and made sure the engineers notes covered this.
So we got a next day appointment with special instructions all mapped out as we wanted.
The next day, I got a call from the engineer (Gordon) as requested, outlining the approximate time of the call and promising to call in time for us to get there.
He did as promised, was very good and understanding of the situation and fixed the problem just as needed.

Excellent all round service and we are very happy.

Once again magnificent

What can I say. Website clear and easy to follow and place order. Order picked and delivered quickly. Fully informed all the way. Only minor comment - when you select a beer to buy and it moves it to your basket, when you return to shopping at the top of the page you were viewing and not to the beer you just bought.
