Ordering was easy however the single item ordered was out of stock. We placed the order and then were told some time later that it was not available. Stock info should be accurate. We were disappointed with this service.

I was a little nervous to place this order as there was a few days before delivery was due. The product was coming from abroad and the returns would be a little more complicated due to this if the product did not meet expectation.
In the event the product arrived in a few working days and was of very high quality so no need for returns and product surpassed expectations.

There were no photos of the view from the seat in this theatre (Harold Pinter Theatre, London)

Also the ticket confirmation did not have a copy of the e-tickets attached so I had to find this online and download.

It would be easier if the tickets could be downloaded straight to my wallet (on phone)

The problem with using the In Post service is that there may not be an available locker when you arrive with your parcel. I had to go to 2 places before I found a space and this meant 2 journeys on different days which was frustrating.
The second location which had a free locker was very easy to use.
Maybe they need more locations nearer to each other because all the locations were some distance from where I live and there was only the one (unavailable) location in the City centre.

3 different people managed my appointment. Each was professional, friendly and helpful.
The optometrist who took most of the measurements and gave me my prescription was very thorough. It seemed as though the appointment was more manual than previous automated eye tests I had at a different place but I think that made it more considered and thorough.

Having worked in advertising for years I didn't want to be the one to fall for the aspirational life style idea conveyed on the website but now that my slippers have arrived I actually feel as if my home life has improved! They are so comfortable and inviting as well as being practical.

The only thing I would say is that they are quite bulky and my feet are narrow so it feels as though I have slightly clumpy feet when wearing them.

Great quality, lovely packaging and fab website - I'm in!
