Purchased a code for Office, code did not work and no response to emails. Bunch of tossers.

The process of getting a quote, booking and the cleaning process were excellent. My flat smelt clean, looked clean and the carpets looked so much better. However, this is where the bad news starts, they broke my sliding blinds in the cleaning process. It was apparent the blinds had been tampered with when I arrived home (panels at different angles, end cap of the rail loose and one side of the blinds pushed to one side). Of course, they deny damaging these blinds but considering they worked fine Sunday night and by the Monday evening they were stuck in the closed position - must be those pesky elves again. I understand that it is a my word against theirs situation but their cleaners are not the most honest of people if you look at other reviews.

They have since rectified the situation by covering the costs of my new blind but this only because of my review. If they had solved the issue because of my complaint rather than my review, I would have left a higher rating. Appreciate the manager texting me and offering the money but it was too little too late.
