Don't use their service

As you can see the "lovely" rating their have, just save yourself the hassle - DO NOT use them. Terrible service and high costs, made an absolute mess of my account and charged me hefty fees. my regret for using them.
Charged me with incorrect reading and said my previous ACTUAL reading for an estimate, and now they want to charge me AGAIN.

HIGHLY recommend DogSuppy's itch…

HIGHLY recommend DogSuppy's itch relief. My dog was scratching and licking his body a lot, shaking its head, stopped walk mid-way just to scratch himself. I came across DogSuppy's advert on FB and it was stating every symptoms my dog had - red paws, shaking head, so I learned that it was also due to gut issue. I purchased 1 tub to try and my dog seems like to love it (no need to hide the chews in the food like other brands) the itch, the red paws all gone within few days, it REALLY worked fast. The company launched its product on Amazon and has offer and I quickly bought another tub, the seller gave free chews on both purchases which my dog loves as well. My dog used to have dry skin, dandruff appears when I comb him and that has also helped with his skin, really happy with the product.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT RECOMMEND ! When mistake happens they have started to ignore my emails and questions. Currently waiting for my deposit refund on an investment property which I have asked them serve a notice to rescind the contract, I have been checking and emailing, everything seems well and I was 2 days due for my refund then to be told that the notice has been rejected because they did not submit the notice in writing (postal copy or fax). All they did was to apologised "ohh sorry we made a mistake, not my problem you loss money, there, fill in a complaint form." I should have use another reliable company.

Booked skip and not turn up

Booked skip, supposed to arrive today, I can't even get hold of anyone, no telephone only email or online chat which no one managing today. it is already end of the day and the skip have not arrive, wasted 1 day. I wish I read the Google reviews before booking, all 1 star review! this is not a reliable company at all. stay away! I want my money back, no point booking a service and not receive!

happy purchase

The whole team of RW Invest has been amazing, all are friendly, professional and working around the clock to help me. Sami Abdul helped me with the purchase and came up with a few flexible payment plans, I can't thank him enough, stay up late to show us the development plan and pictures online to show us that we really had made the right decision in the purchase.
Adam Burns was helping me with the legal purchase side of things with patience and support, giving me good advice and help with my solicitor side of queries as well.
Their recommended Legal company processed the whole purchase SO FAST, I am amazed.
I have just got a call from the After Sales Team for the development progression with pictures and updates. All is good, I highly recommend using their service.

Nice cakes

I didn't like the cupcakes i get from the Lola cupcake stores, they are dry and too sweet. My husband ordered me a naked chocolate cake for my birthday, using the locker collection service, I was dreading to eat it, thinking it will be too sweet, full or icing and fondant, but i was wrong, it is still sweet, but it was lovely, and i was hooked, i ordered another one. Then i ordered a special cake- mocha cake for my husband's birthday, for delivery, it was really tasty. The delivery charges are expensive for me, it is £7-9, making a £35 cake to £42, but expected. If they can reduce the delivery fees, i am happy to order more often, ie: 1- 2 times a month. Overall, i am happy to order their cakes for special occasions.

Rubbish basic forecast

Received email for the offer to promise for $10.99 it will provide a forecast report for career, money, health and relationship, I paid but only had a VERY basic report of for career. I could have gotten that forecast for FREE online everywhere.

Don't waste your money on this rubbish.

TERRIBLE SHOPPING SITE

TERRIBLE SHOPPING SITE. AVOID AVOID AVOID
NO shopping cart, only wishlist which is save tems of what you like.
Previously I was in a process to order something then I changed my mind and I didn't proceed, but I did put in address and payment details. Today I just wanted to add something into the shopping basket and add more items to see if they all match together before I placed my order, all I did was choose a size of the print, and the order has been placed! not asking for confirmation or address or card details!!! these information was saved into the system without my knowledge or agreement! I only learned that my order was gone through when I check my email! and there is NO CANCELLATION button! just say order send them an email and I am pretty sure they will say it is too late etc and I won't get my money back! very very frustrating shopping experience!

Now I want to remove all my details from the site however when I go to "My account" setting, I can't find any of the address or saved bank details!!! TERRIBLE shopping site!

Rubbish site.

Great selection and great price. However that site is a nightmare to work with. Unable to change password, i saved some items in my basket, but i can only see these saved items on my phone but not on desktop, although i initially logged in and saved on desktop, so i couldn't show my husband what I have in the basket unless i show my husband my phone, using the phone to view the items are not great, because it doesn't show you the pictures of the wallpaper with furniture but only the wallpaper picture itself, which isn't good to visualize how the wallpaper will look on the wall.

I tried to log in via desktop again to save the items in my basket again, so that i husband could see it, but when he log in using my account, and guess what, all my items are gone, AGAIN.

Sort .it.out!!!!!!!

Not even logical. All the shopping sites I used have always saved items as per account, regardless of what devises, that is to make shopping experience easy and convenient, I could be browsing and saving items into my favorites on mobile, tablet, or desktop, and return to purchase using another devise.

Improve your site.

Our website currently save the basket to your local device, using the infomation in your browser, not directly through the account linked to our website. I understand this may have caused frustraion saving the details and accessing them on your computer and for that I am very sorry.

I have reffered this onto our IT team for further consideration to see something can be implemented to make this process easier in the future.

Don't bother.

Don't bother.
I was suppose to make the booking to have our living room done, after thinking about the costs, I decided not to, but my husband went ahead and did it, boy what a waste of time and money.

My husband gave the designer the budget, the measurement, and the problems we have for seating and children toys storage, then what we received next from the designer was amazing, briefing was spot on, showed us pictures of living room ideas that we both absolutely love, we were SO pleased that the designer just understood our taste and requirement.

However, when it came to the actual items she selected and ideas to show us how our living room will look like- it was as though someone took over, the design was boring, horrible, lack of style and taste,it was such a lazy design, like a kid's work, just a tv, a tv unit, dark grey walls, grey corner sofa, and that's it, it was so depressing and we were so disappointed, the budget was way out, and measurement of the sofa was wrong, it did not solved our storage problem, the furniture she found quoted an extra £300, when my husband found it online himself for the exact design. the design was dark and depressing (all dark grey!), nothing like what she showed us during the brief, which was bright and cheerful, scandi design.

My husband complained and she just redesigned it and send us a better design, no apologies, no words. We didn't use her design at all, we just sit down planned and designed the living room ourselves in the end, solved our storage and seating problem. I just wish we can get our money back!

Ordered photo magnets to put on my fridge, the quality is quite poor. looks like photos printed on a big sheet and cut it, the edges of the magnets are peeling off. Won't order again.
