The order came very fast and all went smooth, but in case you have to return it is a hustle. I am waiting now over 2,5 weeks for my payment and when you open a case you also don‘t get a prompt info. This should be definitely improved as it is not ok to offer goods but not to offer any customer service afterwards.
Very disappointing customer service. My friend sent me flowers and wrote the house number of our neighbor next door who lives abroad. Even it says on the dhl tracking unknown recipient and it seems to be never delivered I have received the feedback that it is our fault and they can’t do anything about it. I am wondering why they have also a name to who to deliver and phone number to contact when they have issues to deliver if they don’t use it at all. I would not recommend.

As the company I had agreed with didn't show up Flyt Danmark helped me out to sent movers and a car same day in 2,5 hours. They were really very nice and humble. I paid no upcharge or anything because of the last minute arrangment. I can highly recommend.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company. First at all I've experienced that the e-mail correspondence was very unprofessional, as I had received several e-mails from different persons without being aligned. Further more even I had received an e-mail with the confirmation of the booking no one showed up for the moving. When I called them to re-check they were very aggressive and not solution oriented. I was mostly told that it was my mistake because I had asked too many questions in the e-mails and that it was my responsibility to call them and double check even they had confirmed via e-mail. After I gave feedback that I wasn't satisfied as a customer and feel that it is a bad customer service, I was threatened that if I give a negative review on trustpilot they will sent me a fine to pay. Not to forget that they have called me afterwards to tell me to find a solution and call me back in 5 minutes which never happened. I really think it shouldn't be so easy to create a moving company and if so, there is more needed than only sending around movers to carry staff. It requires planning and being solution and service orientated.
I have booked through momondo flight ticket back and forth. I have received a confirmation e-mail for my booking and also an e-ticket for my return ticket but NO information for my departure ticket. When I called the service number I waited the 1st time 45 minutes and the 2nd time 25 minutes in line without talking to someone!! After also not receiving any answer to my e-mail I could talk to someone on the live chat. They have told me that I don't have a departure ticket. I was not informed at all and have to pay now double of the price becuase Iam booking last minute. I can really not recomment Myholdays.com and momondo should also not work with them.
