Signed up for the three day trail got charged for a month…
Signed up for the three day trail, got the stylist pack then closed my account/cancelled my subscription only to find a £35 charge on my bank.
Currently dealing with customer support saying it’s in terms and to check emails. Funny how I can only find charge emails for the trial and stylist pack and no email about the £35 monthly charge.
Update - after several back and forth emails and including screenshots and them finally acknowledging my account had been deleted within the 3 day window I have received a refund.
