YuMOVE - Excellent Product and Support

YuMOVE is an excellent product and has completely transformed our 11 year old King Charles Cavalier. He has gone from really struggling to move without visible pain to running around like he was a young dog again. When we experienced an issue with a lost delivery, YuMOVE Support were brilliant and very quickly dispatched a replacement pack. I can't praise them highly enough.

Bumper Repair

From my initial enquiry to Chipsaway to having the damage repaired, I could not fault anything. The process was very straightforward, and the quality of the repair was excellent. Liam Wilson covers the Teeside and Durham area and he was a pleasure to deal with; the quality of his work is first-rate.

Possibly a Scam

Possibly a scam. The activation code does not work and emails are not answered after days. Luckily, not much money was lost, but learn from my mistake and don't lose yours.

Try and Avoid if at all Possible

Caught the 16:40 from Newcastle to Hartlepool (50 mins journey time). It's now 19:05 and we have gone through Hartlepool without stopping and heading to Stockton. Who knows what time or how I will eventually get home tonight. I, unfortunately, have to use this cowboy outfit daily for my commute but it's now time to start driving. Wholly unreliable and indifferent to the hardship caused to their customers by their shoddy service. Communication seems beyond their understanding. The only business function they appear to be good at is taking payment. A very sad reflection on the total demise of public rail transport in this region.

Time-Wasters

I ordered 2 packs of gravel boards (in stock according to Wickes) on 17th June and was offered the earliest delivery of 27th June. I accepted the delivery date and placed the order, with the payment taken immediately. I received a text on 22nd June, stating that they were 'Busy preparing my order'. On the afternoon of 26th June I get a telephone call advising me that they did not have the items, would not be getting them and that was that. A refund would be issued at some point. Having lost almost 2 weeks and with the work scheduled to start tomorrow, I am now left with no other choice but to cancel the work and start looking for a more reputable and trustworthy supplier. The person from their Darlington depot who telephoned me was quite indifferent to the whole situation. Covid, which I do not doubt will be trotted out as the reason, is not an excuse for poor customer service and selling items that you do not have. This is misleading at best and borders on untrustworthy behaviour. I'm curious, Wickes, what exactly were you 'busy preparing' on 22nd June? Overall I would avoid at all costs. Complete time-wasters.

Fantastic Service!

This is the first time I have used CompleteGolfer (CG) and they have been absolutely brilliant. I had purchased, and paid for, a Motocaddy M3 Pro from another supplier. Despite showing as having the item in stock, I was left with nothing to show after almost 3 weeks. A quick call to CG and they really did have the item in stock and despatched it that day. Despite this being a Friday and delivery quoted as next business day, the trolley arrived on Sunday. They will definitely be my first choice for my next golf purchase.

Order Ref: 3014595 - Good Product Let Down By Very Poor Communications

I ordered an 850KG bag of Cotswold stone on 13th May and was offered 26th May as the earliest delivery date. I opted to pay £15 extra for a pre 12:00 delivery. The appointed day came and went without the delivery. During this time I emailed Gravelmaster for an update. I initially got a canned response to wait 72 hours and on emailing after that received no further correspondence. On the afternoon of 1st June, the delivery arrived without warning. Overall and given the current circumstances a 4-day delay is not the end of the world. To be fair Gravelmater's web site warns of the possibility of a 48-hour delay. The issue is with the lack of meaningful communications. Keeping customers in the dark and at arm's length is only ever going to generate a bad feeling. I have requested the refund of the £15 a.m. delivery charge and will wait to see if that is processed. Overall the product was of really good quality and the delivery driver could not do enough to help. In my opinion, for what it is worth, sort the communications and you have sorted the problem.
