Arthur & Allen Real Estate Media was amazing. I found Adam through Thumbtack very quickly and he was incredible! Price was great, extremely friendly and pictures were outstanding for such a short notice. He is my new Real Estate photographer for life, would highly recommend.

I love Authorify, the books and onboarding process. They help you step by step add the books to social media as well as your email signature. They have great products as well as training and templates to use.

I received 2 pair of glasses today and have two on the way. I am extremely disappointed in the quailty of the glasses. First time ordering them online. I was super excited that I didnt have to pay a fortune and the glasses looked to be very trendy. They are flimsy, cheaply made and I can not even bend my head over my desk to look down at my paperwork without them falling off. I am sure since you made these specific to my prescription that they cannot be returned or repaired but I am certainly not happy with at least 2 pair that I have received and not looking forward to the second set either.

Our records show that on January 10th you contacted us via email and explained that you were unhappy with the glasses and in our reply, we explained our return policy. As of today, there is no record of a response indicating that you’d like to accept one of our return options, so we’d like to take this opportunity to explain our return policy again. You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the glasses to call us for a return authorization (RA) number if you want to return them for any reason. Whether you don’t like the glasses or if they don’t fit, regardless of the reason, you can return them for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) to your credit card or return them for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding shipping). Glasses that are returned for a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no charge once a complete inspection has been performed and the defect has been confirmed. Our return policy can be found by selecting MORE and then RETURNS under the FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS heading near the bottom of any page on our website. Our return policy is also part of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS customers are asked to read and agree to prior to placing the order. If you would like to return the glasses, please call us at 1-800-211-2105 or contact us by email again and let us know which return option you would like, and we will email you a prepaid label to cover the cost of shipping the glasses back to us.
