Not so swyft
Not so swyft. We’ve had our delivery cancelled twice. You took our money on the promise of a swift delivery. We had made arrangements both times to be available for the agreed dates and to cancel at the last minute is disappointing and unprofessional. Let’s hope you can make the new promised delivery date and not inconvenience us any further. Of course this has put us off ordering from you in the future.
Update: Beth from customer service has been in touch and offered compensation. This was much appreciated and has restored my faith in the company’s customer care. For that reason I have changed my one star to four stars. Thank you
