Not so swyft

Not so swyft. We’ve had our delivery cancelled twice. You took our money on the promise of a swift delivery. We had made arrangements both times to be available for the agreed dates and to cancel at the last minute is disappointing and unprofessional. Let’s hope you can make the new promised delivery date and not inconvenience us any further. Of course this has put us off ordering from you in the future.

Update: Beth from customer service has been in touch and offered compensation. This was much appreciated and has restored my faith in the company’s customer care. For that reason I have changed my one star to four stars. Thank you

Auto renewal always a con.

I nearly signed up for this but then realised I was allowing PayPal to take payments without me authorising - ie auto renewal. I think this is disingenuous. Why can’t you operate a system whereby if someone signs up for say 4 weeks then that’s all they pay for unless that person agrees to renew for a further period by way of a reminder. People lead busy lives and will often miss to cancel a subscription. This only benefits you as a company. I don’t want auto renewal. Do I get a choice? For that reason I won’t be joining.

Absolutely love this company!

Absolutely love this company! The bed linen is fantastic - top quality, high thread counts and so soft they feel like silk. I’m a bit sad and obsessed with duvet covers, sheets etc (other women like shoes!) and have tried many luxurious brands but I can honestly say Hampton & Astley are my favourite given the quality and competitive pricing - not to mention the efficient delivery/great customer service. I’ve also got a couple of their candles and I’ve never had one with such a strong and long lasting fragrance - the lime and basil is divine. Thank you Hampton and Astley. Highly recommend you try them out.

Please don’t fall for this

Please don’t fall for this - they are scammers!! Wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered a three barrel curling wand - never received - no reply to emails. They just send an email to say item has been shipped but no further communication. I have reported them to relevant authorities.
