Not great

After placing my order I failed to receive any confirmation email or shipping update. I paid for express shipping (due to the holidays) and after a week had gone by, I finally emailed them to ask about a tracking number. Coincidentally, that was the day my package finally went out in the mail...why it took 7 days to ship an in stock product with express shipping I will never know.

Finally a total of 2 weeks later I received PART of my shipment. Only to find out they lost the other part. The printer itself. Now I’m being sent another tracking number (only because I inquired not because they reached out ) for a new one to replace the old one. When I asked why they didn’t call me or email me to update me. They told me they had a wrong number for me. Yet the number worked just fine to send over tracking numbers after I called them the first time ??

Overall it wasn’t a great ordering experience


The printer is being used and probably has more fault from human error due to learning, but it’s been rough. A lot of clogs and or jams of some sort (it’s for my boyfriend not me). He’s having a bit of a rough start and the “kit” was hardly a “kit” more like a machine and a spool of filament. Overall it was not what I expected from a company who charged me a lot more than I could have bought locally.
