Their customer support sucks

Their customer support sucks. Their people don't know what they're doing. They don't call you back. They don't do what they're supposed to do. The company management is a piece of crap. Nobody should use their software until I clean up their house if you know what I mean.

This company is crooked to the core

This company is crooked to the core. They try to play games with you. They tell you when they want you to sign a contract. They're easy to get their lawyer to phone you. This is a scumbag company full of scumbags. Everybody needs to be aware of this company.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. Their service is awful. If you call you get somebody from the Philippines they don't know anything about Tech Support and you're supposed to write to them and explain to them everything like I'm some kind of IT individual. Nobody can answer your questions they put people in charge that really don't have a clue of what they're doing and they won't let you talk to anybody and support they want you to email every question this company is horrible and I wish I never started with this company.

It's very important for people to know that this company is highly incompetent and their people don't even know what they're doing

This company is sad and their employees are clueless. It's amazing how this company is even able to make money if they were rewarded for the competency that they provided to their customers this company would be bankrupt. I mean seriously I mean I spoke with Jason in the office and it took forever to set up the account. Nobody seems to know what they're doing including him. I told him that we set up a new office in Canada. We want to do emails and text messages. He said yeah no problem blah blah blah blah and let behold you can't text message Canada I mean this is the guy in charge who doesn't even know his own software I mean clearly he should be fired but their tech-support is terrible. You can't call them they don't answer the phone the lady on the phone is extremely rude. I've never spoke to anybody like that in my lif, it's a terrible company. Everybody should be aware of this mail chimp

They're online ordering system is the…

They're online ordering system is the worst I have ever seen. I ordered a yeti 500 X battery bag which will allow me to carry my lithium battery. It's a case they're online ordering system you follow all the prompts everything works but doesn't send you that it's actually been ordered it just stays in their system. It doesn't say congratulations. You've ordered or anything like that so you click the button one more time and it ordered it twice, you called them nobody answers the phone you can't cancel your order online because the people who built the website or just that stupid to realize wow let's cancel so in order that I ordered before ships now the order has shipped on Purolator now I have received the order I have to drive to Rona return it in turn this company just lost their Purolator fee and they got to take back a package that they don't sell them the stores so now there's lots of bureaucracy going on with this package. This company should probably get out of business with online orders because I've never seen an online ordering system such a piece of Sh... in my life and probably go to Amazon where company is actually taking over because of their competency as a company and software builder obviously Rona with all their money couldn't build a toilet with their web development service so shame on Rona for building such a piece of crap where you can't physically cancel your order you have to call somebody and they don't answer the phone and then finally when they do answer the phone which is an hour plus later they can't do nothing and they tell you you gotta call a store to cancel it's unbelievable they deserve to be a bankrupt company the faster we can get rid of Rona in Canada the better off we're going to be let Home Depot and Lowe's run the show the Canadian Company is too stupid to do it.
