Really the worst of the worst

Really the worst of the worst. Delivery commitments are not kept is a huge understatement. It says, if you order before time x, delivered tomorrow. It doesn't. Next day it says it will be delivered tomorrow (the day after). So you wait all day, it does not get delivered. Then they decide to change the delivery time to the day after, which clearly is not the day I plan to be home. So I expect they would on that day leave it to a post nl location. Guess what, they don't! Even delivering to a post nl location takes another day?? Now come on! Then do not make the claim you'd deliver the next day. I would not have ordered IF there wasn't that claim. This is misleading, straight up lying to get a customer. How can a next day delivery takes 3 days? You only care about a next day delivery, IF you have to make rest of your plans accordingly. So, not meeting this claim messes up everything else you planned. I will never ever ever order from this company again and actively advocate others not to as well. PS. this is not the first time this is happening. I thought I'd give another chance after a long time but seems like they just think they have the right to mislead customers.

Every time I ordered

Every time I ordered, the package wasn't delivered to my house although I change my plans to sit at home all day to receive the package. Every single time the delivery guy decided to just drop it at a delivery location instead which is incredibly inconvenient for me. But most importantly for no valid reason. When I contacted the support, only thing they had to say, it's not our problem it's postnl. I will never order from haibu again. This was the last time.

We see from the track and trace that the carrier did deliver your order at home, but that it could not be delivered because he did not find anyone.
