Mr. Michael,

First, let me begin by elaborating a bit more than you did in your review. You hired Tax Tiger in late 2021 to prepare two returns and establish a repayment arrangement with the IRS, bringing you into compliance going forward. We prepared your 2020 return and filed it, then we asked you for the tax information for 2021, so that we may prepare that return. We received no response, although we kept sending the request between April of 2022 and March of 2023 (phone and email communication attempts were made according to our system). In April of 2023, we finally sent you a termination letter advising that if we do not receive your tax documents to prepare the returns, that we would need to close your case for lack of communication and failure to adhere to the terms and conditions related to responsiveness. In July of 2023, you finally responded with threats to file complaints, as if we were in the wrong. We offered to continue the case and reinstate you, to which we did not hear back again until January 10th, 2024. We explained again that it is your responsibility to provide us with the information we need to prepare the returns, and that you bear responsibility for your lack of doing so. Now, even with the issues we’ve had trying to get information from you in the past, we have still offered to provide those services and complete your case, provided you make the commitment to get us the necessary information needed. We hope you understand that your expectations of our services also depend on your compliance with our terms and conditions and the return of information in a timely manner.
