I received my watch on September 23, 2024. Next day the watch started running with interruptions. I reached out to the company and was offered to return the watch for a diagnostics. Based on the diagnostics, the mechanism was replaced in full. The problem was solved very quickly and the watch was sent back to me. The communication and customer services were great.
