Poor website experience
Pop ups on top of pop ups, overlapping text in multiple places, site not saving scroll progress when going back a page, failed payments from site errors, survey question 2 has poor options for a forced answer.
This was a very poor customer experience in every aspect
I purchased a product that I signed up for in stock notification emails for many months ago. 0% that actually worked. I saw an instagram ad and checked myself.
Maybe try having a working website for more sales
