I am very disappointed with my experience. The service/product did not work as described, and I did not get the help I needed. Customer service responded late and did not provide clear solutions. I felt ignored and did not receive any follow-up even after several attempts. This needs to be improved if they want happy customers — faster response, clear communication, and better quality of service.
