It is possible to move the cursor and select using a controller, but only when the Gamepad option is selected from the Single Game or Season Play modes. Even then, you can't use it outside of those modes, such as in the Club House (main menu). Need to use mouse and/or keyboard to pause and change game options or exit game.

  1. Open baseball2003.(b) with a hex editor such as HxD.
  2. Go to offset 0xB2C8A.
  3. Replace byte 0A with 00.
