Founded on October 15, 1991, the video game developer is best known for series like Call of Juarez and Dying Light.
In July 2023, Tencent had acquired 67% stake in Techland, making it its majority shareholder.[1] The acquisition of said controlling stake in Techland by Tencent was later finalized on January 10, 2024.[2]
