As of this writing: Tokyo Xtreme Racer's Steam storepage assigns DualShock 4 and DualSense as USB connectivity support only, due to that: Steam Input will be automatically enabled for PlayStation controllers if "Controller w/o Support" is enabled within Steam settings.
This will cause Double Input issues because Steam is assuming the game doesn't support Bluetooth connectivity.
