Refund policy
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide all the bells and whistles of a big box store, but for what we lack in space travel and pre-paid label returns we strive to make up for in attention to detail and tender loving care. That said, we are human, so if we make a mistake let us know and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days or receipt, except in the case of custom merchandise, undergarments, media items (e.g. Books, vinyl records, DVDS, CDs, and cassettes), or sale items. Once your return or exchange has been authorized there is a 14 days return window.
To qualify, item(s) must still be in new condition, still have their tags, and CAN NOT be soiled, washed, worn, damaged, or used. If the item(s) is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value which will be deducted from the final refund or will result in the denial of an exchange.
If you are returning your item, you will be refunded for the item's cost, minus any shipping fees.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.
Due to the unpredictability of handling during shipping we are unable to guarantee cassette cases, CD cases, and vinyl sleeves will arrive undamaged, as they are fragile and can crack or bend, even with adequate packaging. We ship these items out in perfect condition, in protective packaging. We do not offer refunds or replacements for these flaws.

Due to our fast processing times, we are unable to guarantee we can accommodate order cancellations, as we may not see the request before the order is sent. Please purchase with care.
