You would not know the unit was working (except for the noise)unless you stood right beside it. It performs more like an ineffective small desktop fan than a cooling/AC unit.. Today was not a very hot day either 26 degrees celsius.

Horrible, deceptive, borderline scam. Tricked me into purchasing an additional +4 units at check through deceptive series of click throughs after confirming the cart (1 unit). I contacted them immediately to amend the order. They said it was too late, but "no problem, use the guaranteed refund". The product is super cheap and probably worth $10 at best, not $80 I paid (for 1). Attempts to return the additional 4 were met with "keep them at 25%", "no", "keep them at 50% off", "No", "keep them at 75% off!", "No, give me my F-ing money back!". Finally actioned the return at my own S&H cost. Also lost money both ways on the transaction dinging me international currency conversion fees. Avoid AiraBreeze and Checkoutera at all costs.

Very Poor Product
The unit was very light weight and cheap looking. After water was put in the top if you moved it ie to another location, the water all spilt out. The cooling effect was poor and you had to sit directly opposite it to get any result. It would not cool a hot room. On the second day the on/off button fell off.
So it now won't work but it doesn't do what the ad says anyway. It is basically a scam DO NOT BUY

I got a prompt reply, but no further instructions as to what the process is to recieve a refund for the items bought. The cooler only blows cool air directly to you if you are infront of it, it does not cool the entire room.

SCAM Claims in their ads - It's rubbish!
The ads for this device make all sorts of outrageous claims about the cooling efficiency of this thing. The video ad I just saw said it would "cool a 38'c 20m x 15m room down to 17'c in 3 minutes" and that it was "designed by an ex NASA engineer" - RUBBISH. The video shows men in white coats working with copper refridgeration pipes and compressors etc...it's all lies. Absolute NONSENSE. This thing is a small, noisy, computer fan blowing through a tiny sheet of wet paper that does nothing to cool any room down. The ads should be banned. It's cheap, noisy, plastic crap - it's never going to replace any sort of actual airconditioner. The only claim the make that is true is that this thing uses less power - well, yes that is correct - but it also does nothing to cool any room. Also, when I put water in it, water went everywhere as it leaked out the bottom. It's a SCAM! I was given one for free (I'd never buy one!) and it's now in the bin. In fact even though it was free that was still too expensive. Completely useless - don't buy one - don't waste your money and don't believe the SCAM Ads. They have some nerve charging anything for this thing and as for the claims in their ads - they should be ashamed of themselves. It's overpiced CRAP and does nothing but blow a bit of air - it doesn't cool and it's very noisy!

Who really is responsible
What I have found out is that all of the scammers are advertising on either Facebook & u-tube these fake products that are shipped from china are cheap room temperature units that don’t come even close to what the advertised product is, I tried to complain to there customer service but my email was blocked, I have on (3) three occasions complained to the (company ) that allow these thieves….. (GOOGLE ) As to why they allow these scammers to advertise fake products on their platform, they must be aware that this is happening but the revenue from these advertisements must surely be more important to Google than the people who trust that Google is (was) a reputable organisation who would look after the people who use this platform, it seems that all moral and fair commercial trading is lost to money hungry corporations who have their priorities fixed on maximum profitability at the expense of all who trust their platform 🤬🤬

Was interested and put one item in basket and used paypal to checkout which immediately took me back to their website with very confusing options to buy more things at cheap prices, no obvious confirmation process
I want to check the currency whether USD or AUD ... before confirming but didnt get the chance
By the time I got out I had been charged four times in USD with 10 items instead of one - USD400 instead of AUD60!!!
THIS IS A SCAM!!
Immediately contacted PayPal, Bank and vendor.
Vendor replied they had been shipped already (within an hour) but I can return them for full refund (to China). Going from the reviews here it doesnt look like refunds happen, wish i had come here first
Bank advised I need to wait 30 days (for delivery)
Paypal I suspect will come back with same reply

Not impressed with this company at all !
BEWARE of the ‘add extra items to your cart offer ‘ for special offer price .
Adding 2 extra items to my cart resulted in 4 extra items being added.
Contacted support and was told items cannot be amended or cancelled and that the order has already shipped ( within minutes of the order being placed )
This is utter rubbish nothing ships that fast !
Customer is fobbed off with this line .
Charged in US $ which is not made clear when ordering !
Unit is NOISY contrary to claims it is noiseless .
If you want to return the units you DIDN’T ORDER in the in the first place you have to pay return shipping.
Rip off all the way with this company

* As a very dissatisfied customer I decided to write an email of complaint .
Airabreeze responded with a 25% refund which was considerably less than I had hoped for as Im still stuck with NOISY units that I can only tolerate running for 15 mins ( daytime ) before the noise becomes unbearable and I have to turn the unit off.
Having a unit in a bedroom on hot nights is not conducive to sleep as it is far too noisy by far , so not

Scam, false advertising, no money back guarantee
This is a scam and false advertising. I bought 3, turned out to basically be a glorified mini fan, no cooling effect. Some paper slots inside, no copper coils. After a massive struggle, they undertook a 50% refund which is yet to be refunded. I also asked them (multiple times) why this was shipped from Hong Kong if manufactured in Australia but of course no response 🤣 They wanted me to return the product at my cost but then when I asked for the address that I pointed out would be assumably in Australia (I’m in NZ) but again no response just the offer of 50% discount. Absolute scammers!
