Good at first, then problems started
At first, 5Survey was good for me and I made around $200. Later, when I still had $50 left, I couldn’t withdraw it anymore. Almost every survey started saying I wasn’t qualified or screened me out immediately. I even opened a new account and updated my details, but nothing changed. It feels like a technical issue with no clear explanation. It worked well at the beginning, but became unreliable later on.

unable to cashout for months even now
for some weird reason i have been unable to cashout for 4 months, well since 2025 really i also tried to be patient but i cannot anymore. this is probably a scam app, not so sure because i've seen some good reviews but i tried to contact support on a different gmail because the one i finished the five surveys on won't let me message support. i think they blocked me after completing the 5 surveys..

Before you start the actual survey, and when the surveys are completed without any reward.
It is always the same message that you receive,it is not our problem, we don't get paid if you don't get paid.
Anything from 5 minutes to 25 minutes wasted.

This is the second review I’m leaving…
This is the second review I’m leaving because I just wanted to make sure it was seen. By other people to warn them and by this scratchy ass company. I was having issues cashing out and I was and still am not able to get a response from anyone. I did everything they told me, verified my account and again emailed them as they told me to do and not a word from them still. I haven’t been able to cash out in a week. Honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It’s insane.

I was actively completing Surveys up until December and then I was constantly screened out and every single time I contacted Support they gave the same generic response! I feel like it’s a technical issue or they flagged my account but either way they don’t seem to care or try to correct the issue! After 2 years I uninstalled and to be honest I think it’s because I’m a top earner! Js I give them NO STARS!!! I do not recommend at all!!!!!

Du machst deine Umfrage bis zum Schluss, der Umfragenersteller sagt Danke für deine Zeit, du wirst zur App umgeleitet UND DIE APP SAGT DANN DU WURDEST AUSGESCHLOSSEN UND DU BEKOMMST DIE UMFRAGE NICHT GUT GESCHRIEBEN
Oooooder du wirst, nachdem du schon 20min die Fragen beantwortet hast einfach von Umfrage zu Umfrage weitergeleitet und sitzt 1 1/2 Stunden da und bekommst dann eine halbe Umfrage gut geschrieben

Cannot cashout due to false bans.
I spent 4 hours trying to get to the full 5 dollars to cashout, I put my phone number in and they accepted the review of my account but it wont let my cashout due to a technical error. Ive tried this on many accounts and they all wont let me cashout due to a technical error. This website is a fraud, they make you do surveys just to ban you so you cant cashout. They want to steal your money!!! I would also like to add that support does absolutely nothing. They ignore you the whole time and I havent gotten an email back for 3 months for my other accounts that were banned. All they are gonna do is reply with the same bot message to my review so there is no point. Guys just do not use this app its a complete scam with fake reviews.

Terrible customer service, tried to cash out my money keep getting an error saying technical error contact support. Been a week and several emails to them but no reply.

Finger weg!
Meine Prämie wurde an die falsche E-Mail-Adresse geschickt und der Support hilft einem nicht weiter. Es wird nur gesagt, dass man den Prozess nicht rückgängig machen kann. Außerdem füllt man teilweise 20 MINUTEN eine Umfrage aus, nur um dann am Ende rausgeschmissen zu werden, weil man für die Umfrage nicht qualifiziert ist - wieso füllt man dann Ewigkeiten die Umfrage aus und teilt viele seiner Daten??? Man wird komplett ausgenutzt. Viel Zeit investiert für nichts also. Finger weg!

Used to be a decent site. The last couple of times I've had money accumulated and tried to cash out, they mysteriously "couldn't find it" and the activity was gone from my account a few hours after my cash out request. This was from playing games and from surveys - I saved up to do a decent cash out all at once and they totally screwed me over. Refused to do anything to help me out with it either.

Five Surveys, einer der Anbieter die auch hält was sie verspricht
Ich nutze Five Surveys schon seit einiger Zeit und bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Bisher habe ich mit Umfragen insgesamt 245 € verdient, was ich selbst am Anfang nicht erwartet hätte. Die Umfragen sind verständlich aufgebaut und nehmen meist nicht allzu viel Zeit in Anspruch.
Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass die Vergütung transparent ist und Auszahlungen zuverlässig funktionieren. Natürlich qualifiziert man sich nicht für jede Umfrage, aber mit etwas Geduld kommt dennoch ein ordentlicher Betrag zusammen. Für mich ist Five Surveys eine seriöse Möglichkeit, nebenbei Geld zu verdienen – vor allem, wenn man sowieso gerne Umfragen ausfüllt.
Klare Empfehlung für alle, die sich unkompliziert etwas dazuverdienen möchten. 👍

Ich schließe mich den anderen an und kann nur sagen, dass Five Surveys echt schlecht geworden ist. Man hatte sehr viele Umfragen (Teilweise 3-4 Reihen voll von Umfragen) aber mittlerweile gibt es höchstens nur noch 3-4 Umfragen die man machen kann. Das Angebots Tracking ist mittlerweile auch nicht mehr zuverlässig und Support kann da auch nicht helfen. Leider echt sehr schlecht geworden, Five Surveys.
