Regarding the production date, please note that this is completely normal for medical aesthetic products. Fillers are manufactured in batches and have a long, controlled shelf life. Your products have an expiration date in 2027, which means they remain perfectly safe, sterile, and fully effective for professional use for several years.

The manufacturing date itself does not affect quality or performance, as long as the product is well within its expiry date, which is absolutely the case here. Unfortunately, production batches are determined directly by the laboratory, so we cannot select specific manufacturing months.

Of course, we always guarantee authentic products, proper storage conditions, and maximum shelf life for all our customers.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take accusations of this nature very seriously, so we would like to clarify the situation publicly and transparently.

First of all and this is a key point:
The products in question are NOT injectable products. They are topical-use products only.
This is clearly stated in the manufacturer’s protocols. Any injectable use would be off-label, unsafe, and not approved. As professionals, it is the practitioner’s responsibility to follow official indications and ensure patient safety.

Also, we strongly refute the claim that you received a counterfeit product. The product you received is authentic, sealed, and sourced through official European distribution channels. It has not been altered, replaced, or falsified in any way.

Regarding the brand confusion:
The product you ordered belongs to a line whose formulation and manufacturing standards remain identical, but which may be commercialized under different brand names depending on the market and distributor. This is a common and well-documented practice in the aesthetic and dermocosmetic industry. The packaging difference does not mean the product is counterfeit.

Concerning documentation: we provided all information available to us. Certification, CE compliance, and batch traceability are ensured at the manufacturer level. We do not manufacture the products ourselves, but we distribute only original products.

Regarding refunds:
Our return policy is standard, lawful, and clearly stated in our terms and conditions. As with any legitimate medical or cosmetic supplier, a refund can only be issued after the products are returned. This is not an unusual condition, nor was it applied exceptionally in your case.

Despite this, we made multiple efforts to find a solution and assist you professionally.

We regret that this experience led to dissatisfaction, but we must also ensure accuracy for future readers:
– No counterfeit products were sold
– The products are not injectable
– A return and refund solution was offered in line with our policy

Additionally, after we formally offered a return and refund in accordance with our policy, we did not receive any further response from you, which suggests that a resolution was available but unfortunately not pursued to completion.

Acordamos realizar un envío en dos partes, y también le ofrecimos un reembolso de los productos retrasados.

Dear Tamila,

We fully understand your frustration and we are truly sorry for the stress and inconvenience caused by this delivery delay. Unfortunately, at that time, the carrier SEUR experienced serious tracking and communication issues, which resulted in unclear and inconsistent tracking updates, something that was absolutely not acceptable for our clients.

To clarify for transparency:
👉 Your order was ultimately delivered, although later than initially expected, and we sincerely apologize for this delay.

Following this incident (and similar ones reported by other customers), we took immediate action and have changed our carrier. We are now shipping exclusively with a new logistics partner offering reliable tracking and significantly improved delivery follow-up, to ensure this situation does not happen again.

Please note that throughout the process, we actively followed up with the carrier and did everything within our control to locate and secure the delivery. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued while a parcel is still officially in transit or under carrier investigation, in accordance with shipping and insurance regulations.

We genuinely regret that this experience did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. We appreciate your patience during this process and thank you for allowing us to improve our logistics based on this situation.
