Placed an order over 2 weeks still not arrived. Company now ignoring my emails for a refund so will have to report fraud to my card company.

Here's my experience.
Ordering was easy - I did it via Instagram. Delivery took 6 days from payment to arrival, unfortunately tracking was not provided although they thought it was, I guess they don't understand UK tracking? Customer services (Jennifer) was very helpful.
Application was easy and full instructions were included. Immediately after application it's barely visible and as I did it late in the evening after work when I went to bed I wore a loose long sleeve top.
The next morning it was somewhat visible - looked like a very old, faded tattoo, it darkened during the day, the second night I went to bed with no shirt on and there was no staining on my bedding.
Now on the third day it looks awesome.
Very happy..to an extent..
Bad things (only a couple):
1: The tattoo is shiny. It's the biggest thing that makes it not look believable, support told me it will wear off but I'm not so sure it will go before the 'tattoo' fades to the point where it needs to be removed/replaced. I believe it is the adhesive, so tbf I may have dampened it too long during application? But that's unlikely.
2: The (shiny) adhesive that's remained is sticky and the part of the tattoo that's in the crook of my elbow feels gross - like having a sticky sweetie wrapper there. But again was this my fault for dampening it for slightly too long? I have no idea.

So, to summarise: A good purchase and delivery experience - although they need to not cheap out on the postal service used and actually use a tracked delivery service. The tattoo application process was very easy but I feel some kind of aftercare solution should be included to deal with the shine and stickiness.
But all in all good and I'll buy again

Not very impressed so far. To get a "how was it for you?" follow-up email before the item has even arrived is a bit beyond belief - especially as the item is tracked through Royal Mail and they would be notified when it gets delivered. Sounds like another "process" invented by a customer service box ticker.....let's see what the product is like and I will update.

Don't use these company under any circumstances, they rip you off BIGTIME. I returned my order as the friend I bought it for didn't want. I have Royal Mail tracking proof which I send to them confirming they received 9 days after I bought but they are denying they received it and won't give me a refund.

I ordered a full sleeve plus a traveller’s arrow tattoo. Both arrived promptly even though it was just before Christmas. The application of the temp tattoos was really easy and the results after a couple of days looked just like the real deal. It was a full 10 days before they even began to fade. I did it as a Xmas prank on my family but everyone thought they looked so good I’m now having permanent ones this month. Thank you so much Inkcept!
