I love products that I purchase ! But the delivery takes long time

I’m very happy with the new Meroda set that I purchased to celebrate a new job. It feels light and not at all greasy or cakey. I prefer a hint of makeup and can achieve that no-makeup look that I was going for. A tiny bit goes a long way with both the blush and foundation. I ended up throwing out most of my other drugstore makeup and pared down to mostly Meroda.

Gostei imenso dos produtos. Excelente qualidade e o aspecto na pele é ótimo. Foi uma experiência muito boa, excedeu as minhas expectativas.

4 stars because i have just put it 3-4 times. With this little experience i can say, that it is a very skin friendly product, it is smooth, leaves a velvet touch on the skin and it is not oily. Concerning the coverage and the skin shade, while it gives me the impression at first that it is lighter of my skin, as time goes by it adapts to my skin shade and gives a very natural coverage and covers the imperfections.

What an experience! I am 100% satisfied with the customer service.
The team at Meroda, and especially Nevila, was with me the entire time and responded very quickly to resolve the issue and provide the best possible service. The order was a gift for a friend, and I’m so excited to try the products myself.

Producten heel fijn maar een echt nadeel vind ik van de blush dat je er maar moeilijk de laatste blush er uit krijgt, vind ik toch zonde. Blijft zo best wat achter wat je niet kan gebruiken

De kwast die ik heb gekocht ging kapot. De lijm liet los. Netjes contactbgelegd maar kreeg geen nieuwe kwast. Garantie binnen 30 dagen. Dus een kwast mag na een maand al kapot gaan.
Ik had van alles gekocht bij meroda.
Erg slechte afwikkeling… zo raak je dus klanten kwijt.

I cant say enough good about Meroda! I absolutely love the products, especially the changing foundation. I am a mature lady and this is by far and away best foundation I have ever used. It makes me feel great!

Bestelling ontvangen. Miste twee producten (1 die ik gewoon betaald heb en 1 gratis product). Inmiddels zijn we een week verder en 10 mailtjes verder maar nog niks! Klantenservice is ruk!

Verschillende keren contact proberen te leggen via mail en chatbox. Meroda geeft niet antwoord! Das naar mijn idee het minst wat je kunt doen. Mail beantwoorden!!

die Deckkraft und die Anpassung an meinen Hautton fand ich gut. Die Konsistenz erst etwas klebrig, danach besser. Hält gut während des Tages. Jedoch musste ich feststellen, dass die Foundation gleich drei als schädlich eingestufte Stoffe enthält laut ToxFox. Das heisst für mich "Finger weg davon"!

Worst customer service ever. I had to report to Credit Card company before they would send me the return label for my credit.
