I have experienced the same issue as others, wish I had read these reviews before I paid the £0.10

Es una estafa, pagas 10 centimos por un documento y luego te suscriben a una suscripcion por 49.90€. ESTAFA. Ya me he puesto en manos de paypal para que me devuelvan el dinero.

It is a scam
They trick you by thinking you are buying the service for one time and then they charge you £50 monthly
After communitaction with pdfgo customer service they agreed to issue a refund and i should receive it soon.
Be sure when usinh the service to cancel the subscription if not using the service anymore

Erst wird einem gesagt dass man 0,10 für eine PDF bezahlt und am nächsten Tag werden zusätzlich 49,90 abgebucht und das monatlich.

FINGER WEG, bei Inanspruchnahme wird Dir ein ABO untergejubelt, welches NIRGENDWO auf der Strecke angezeigt wird. Das ist Betrug, und das paypal das z.b. einfach unterstützt und unreflektiert Abo-Zahlungen erstellt ist schon armselig.

It is a scam. Do not even enter the website. They setup a 49.90GBP monthly payment cycle, while on the website it only showed me 0.10GBP for one PDF merger.

It’s a scam. As everyone else, I’ve been charged 0.10€ for one file and the day after I saw a 49.90€ charge for a subscription I never signed up for. I’ve opened a dispute with the company through PayPal account and I’m still sending lots of emails until they refund 100% - they gave an option that seems the way they win money and I don’t accept it.

Diese Seite ist aber eine Seite die für die erst PDF 10cent verlangt aber im Hintergrund ein Abo abschließt welches 49.90 abbucht monatlich.

Hab ein PDF erstellen lassen für 0,10 cent und dann wurde mir ein Abo von 49.90 abgebucht. Keinerlei Verständnis für so einen Scam. Finger weg!

Das Unternehmen bucht einfach von der Karte weitere 49,90 ab wenn man zustimmt 0,10€ für einen Service jpg zu pdf umwandeln zu zahlen.

SCAM - FRAUD - WEBSITE WITH DECEITFUL TECHNIQUES

Just like all reviewers have said, this website invites you to compress a pdf for a charge of 10 pence ( £0.10 ). After entering the paypal or other id, the next day or after 2 days you will see a debit of £49.90 on your card.

This happened to me as well. Order code P69625eb6e4b00efa498c0efb / Transaction date = 10-Jan-2026 / Debit on 13-Jan-2026

Then I wrote to support at pdfgo co and also raised a dispute via PayPal. Initially they just refused to help. Instead said that if you click this link, Future monthly debits of 49.90 will stop.
Then when i escalated this to my card company and to met police and cyber security, they have agreed to refund the £49.90 but I am yet to receive it.

In short this company deceives customers by saying the charge is £00.10 but charge you AFTER 2 DAYS, an amount of £49.90

Ich habe dieselben Erfahrungen gemacht. Abo versehentlich abgeschlossen. Beim "Kauf" stand 0,10 €.
Habe es dann sofort gekündigt und mit der Firma Kontakt aufgenommen. Die Antwort ich soll bitte keinen Fall über Paypal öffnen hat mich erst stutzig gemacht, aber ich hatte ja noch etwas Zeit. Hat funktioniert! Geld ist zurück gekommen.

Deze website is oplichting/scam. Ik wilde een JPG bestand naar PDF converteren. Dit leek me slechts 0,10 cent te kosten. Vervolgens werd er 49,90 afgeschreven en blijken ze die 0,10 cent te gebruiken als ''toestemming'' voor een abonnement. Echter staat dit nergens aangegeven.

Met veel gedoe kon ik het abonnement opzeggen maar ben ik wel mijn 50,00 kwijt.
Ik heb aangifte gedaan en ben met de bank bezig om te kijken wat ze nog met die 50,00 kunnen. Ben bang dat ik dat geld helaas kwijt ben. Laat dit een waarschuwing zijn voor de volgende...

Ich habe eine PDF erstellt und 0.10 Eueo bezahlt. Am nächsten Tag wurden mir einfach 49.90 Euro abgebucht. Angeblich hab ich ein Abo abgeschlossen. Stimmt nicht. Desweiteren hatten die eine Einzugsermächtigung bei Paypal. Wie diese zustande gekommen ist weiß ich nicht. Hoch kriminell. Hab den Käuferschutz von Paypal alarmiert und von meinem Widerspruchsrecht Gebrauch gemacht. VORSICHT!!!

Das ist reiner Betrug. Man kauft eine PDF-Datei für 0,10 Euro und am nächsten Tag wird ein Abo für 49,90 Euro abgebucht.

Ti chiedono e-mail per scaricare il file previo pagamento di € 0,10 con carta di predito o PayPal e invece ti ritrovi con un abbonamento con addebito di € 49.90. Mi sono fidata perché c’era la possibilità di pagare con PayPal altrimenti non avrei autorizzato nemmeno il pagamento di € 0.10: come mai PayPal è ancora partner di questa azienda fraudolenta nonostante le varie segnalazioni di truffa da parte di clienti e utenti?

Hey ich muss nicht wiederholen, genau das selbe wie bei den anderen : 0,10€ einmalige Zahlung nach 24/St 49,90€ weg.
Nach viel Mail-Verkehr und Aufklärung der Rechtslage und Drohung das ich es über die Bank zurückziehe - Rückerstattung in voller Höhe.
Nicht aufgeben und das Angebot mit 50% Rückerstattung nicht annehmen.

fast wäre ich darauf hereingefallen, zum Glück habe ich die Bewertung auf Trustpilot rechtzeitig gelesen und das unwissentlich abgeschlossene Abo gekündigt.
