Amazing earings and rings ! Sales service also really reactive for size ring exchange. I love it !

i ordered two pair of earrings and i accidentaly picked the wrong color. i wrote an email about my issue and they said i can keep the earrings and also they send me the two pair in the right color for free. i love they products, it wasn’t my first time ordering from them and i’m 100% sure that wasn’t my last time. they are great!!

Bought quite a few things from them and they were all amazing quality. Also the best customer service: prompt, friendly and super helpful.

Sembrava tutto perfetto: sito perfetto, stile adorabile, i gioielli che avevo sempre desiderato. Insomma, sembrava tutto così serio. Ma ingaggiare un corriere come iMile significa soltanto non essere professionali. Dopo 40 giorni dalla spedizione (e dal pagamento), nonostante abbia contattato sia l'assistenza di punkyouth sia quella di imile, non ho ricevuto alcun pacco. Anzi: non solo il corriere si è inventato che l'indirizzo di spedizione è errato (cosa che mi è stata ribadita anche dall'assistenza py), ma sembra che questo benedetto pacco stia transitando da VENTI giorni in non si sa quale misterioso centro operativo postale (che non viene neppure specificato). Completa delusione.
Sono veramente infuriata e lo sarò ancora di più se dopo questa ulteriore sollecitazione non avrò avuto o il mio pacco, o il rimborso dei soldi sprecati. Per una volta, sembrava un sito affidabile. Mai, mai più.

My order took quite a long time to reach the carrier, and it was split into multiple shipments without prior notice, which made the wait longer than expected. In total, it took more than two months for my full order to be received. I am in Mexico, btw.

However, I want to highlight that their Customer Service was consistently responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They replied in a timely manner, followed up regularly, and provided useful information that was difficult to find elsewhere (including direct contact details for the local carrier). They completely saved this experience. Also, te quality of the earrings I ordered seems to be very good, will see over time.

In the end, everything was delivered successfully, and I truly appreciate their support and commitment to resolving the situation.

Je suis impressionnée par le service client de Punk Youth, en effet pour mon anniversaire je rêvais d'avoir des articles punk Youth, malheureusement mes proches ont fait l'erreur de commander la plus petite taille pour ma bague...
J'ai demandé si il était possible de l'échanger, j'ai reçu une réponse très rapide du service client qui me renvoyait une bague adaptée à ma taille.
Je viens de la réceptionner, elle est parfaite !!! Merci énormément ! Je recommande fortement !

Fantastic experience with this company. Order arrived quickly. I received the wrong size of ear tunnels due to my own mistake of selecting the wrong size at checkout. When they arrived I noticed my mistake and messaged them about returning the tunnels. They offered me a free size exchange and promptly sent out the correct size to me. Punkyouth customer service was exceptional. I asked to return an item due to the earings being big for my tiny frame. I am under 5 foot, they do clearly state the sizes on the website though so do look at this. They made it really simple for me to exchange the earings and replied prompletly and resolved my issue while being friendly and polite. Thank you for the gorgeous jewellery x
