Facture et paiement pas de probleme pour un logiciel Adobe . Par contre une erreur lors de l'installation et je me retourne vers eux pour une aide. Plus personne depuis le 22/09/25 malgré mes relances de 1 par semaine et leur publicité d'aide même gratuite. Tres énervant Je déconseille vivement.

However, within days the website’s domain changed to Softelio and my Adobe license stopped working. I tried to contact customer support via email, but my message bounced back, indicating that the support email address was no longer active.

In the hours following my experience, I noticed an increase in negative reviews on Trustpilot, and it appears that several reviews have been removed. Additionally, after posting my review, I began receiving a significant number of spam emails.

Based on my experience, I recommend exercising caution when considering a purchase from this website.

Ich habe bei diesem Händler einen Key für MS Office 2024 Prof. Pro bestellt und auch umgehend per Email erhalten (dafür den einen Stern). Die Aktivierung über das Internet ist fehlgeschlagen. Um einen neuen Key zu erhalten habe ich mehrfach vergeblich versucht, den Service über die angegebene Rufnummer zu erreichen. Nur AB und keine Rückmeldung. Der angegebene optionale Whatsapp- Chat ist nicht aktiv. Mehrere Email-Anfragen von mir wurden auch nicht beantwortet. Ich muss mich wohl damit abfinden, einem Betrug aufgesessen zu sein. 19,90 Euro in den Sand gesetzt.

The softwareshore page keeps getting redirected to this new company that seems to be selling the same services.
We bought 2 licences and these have completely stopped working. minus our usage, we're owed £158.
Any chance of anyone at your company getting in touch with us to sort this?

Nous parlons de 2h maximum pour recevoir une licence Créative Cloud par mail, 24h se sont écoulées mais pourtant rien. Aucun mail, 0 réponse à mes demandes. Je ne sais même pas si je vais recevoir ma licence à un moment donné…. Manque de sérieux, devraient revoir la promesse sur les « 2h MAXIMUM »….

Adquirí una licencia "perpetua" para el conjunto de aplicaciones Adobe Creative Cloud, que se supone que te dejaba utilizar (de forma 100% legal, según te dicen en la web de Softelio) programas como Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects y demás de por vida, sin tener que pagar cuotas mensuales ni suscripciones. Y lo cierto es que durante unos meses todo funcionaba genial. Hasta hoy. Ahora, al abrir cualquiera de los programas de la Adobe Creative Cloud, aparece una ventana emergente en la que Adobe te dice que estás utilizando una versión "NO AUTORIZADA" (es decir, ILEGAL) de sus programas, por lo que quedan bloqueados y no se pueden utilizar, a menos que te pases al plan de pago por suscripción que ofrece Adobe.

Por lo tanto, mi consejo es que no os dejéis engañar por las promesas de webs como esta de Softelio, en las que te dicen que sus productos son legales y que se pueden usar de por vida. Es completamente falso. Son programas piratas que, al poco tiempo, quedarán bloqueados y sin posibilidad de usarse.

Espero que mi mala experiencia, sirva para que usuarios como tú no caigan también en esta estaba. Huye de Softelio!!!

This company has been great in the past, but now trying to purchase a product is impossible (at least for me) with the changes made to their billing. Malwarebytes is now blocking them, also, very strange IP address is being block. The only communication is through WhatsApp. I opened up WhatsApp yesterday on my phone and Google is now offering or should I say demanding to log all your conversation. I did not spend a lot of time seeing if there was a way around it, but for now there is not. Also, I did not waste any time deleting WhatsApp. So, for now there is zero communication with Softelio.

I bought a Microsoft office program in December 2023 through Fnac. They sent me a bad code and I have already complaint many times to Fnac but aparently there is nothing they can do. After one month I can't use my computer yet as I am still waiting for my office program

I had problems and they fixed the issue in a speedy manner. He walked thru everything until he go it up and running.

Recomiendo 100% a este vendedor, tuve problemas para instalar el office por que ellos por defecto te mandan el enlace en frances y soy española, entonces fue un poco lio pero les escribi y me mandaron el enlace en español super rapido y amables, un 10!

I bought the software package and had some problems installing it so they helped me through remote assistant software and remained with me almost two hours till the software was perfectly installed and worked just fine, thank you guys for your help and for all the time you gave me, I am much obliged.
