Yo estaba comprando una notebook y después apareció otra cosa. Tengo 71 años y quizás me equivoqué. Estaría bien que me devuelvan mi dinero. Estoy satisfecho de haber recibido respuesta a mi reclamo. Muchas gracias.

Was charged for a membership that i didn't sign up for. Then explained the situation several times until it was escalated and they gave my money back after several attempts of telling them to cancel membership and return my money. In which it took three days before they finally said they would give a refund and asking to speak to someone else.

I purchased an item at a discounted price from this company. After reviewing my bank account I came to find out that there was an additional separate amount taken out of my account. I sent an email with my concerns and someone did respond back Explaining to me what the charge was. I explained that no where on the advertisement did it state there would be an additional charge. After a few messages back and forth I received a message saying that the amount would be refunded. I have not seen any money refunded back to account as of yet. Their response time and follow up time is good. But have not actually seen the proof of what they said they said they would do. N

The company processed my cancellation promptly and efficiently. They contacted me in a very timely manner.

It's a scam. They initially offered me a product for 9.95 and ended up charging me 69.99, which they clearly didn't notify me about. I contacted support for help, and they said they can't refund memberships when I was never notified that I would be charged 69.99 for a membership. Support is useless; I'm going to report them to my bank for fraud.

They took my R355 and R159 from my bank account deceiving me with a gift card if samsung phone A15 on a takealot link which takealot company knows nothing about. Jeremy replied to my complain email and said I must write a review so that they refund my R514 money scamed on my bank account. I will only write a positive feedback once they pay my refund due sap as Jeremy promised me on the email. If he does not pay I will come back and share his email here.
