I ordered through DFS on the 9th
I ordered a 2 seater Dylan electric sofa on the 9/8/24
I was told it would be 2 weeks for delivery, I then had a date the 22nd, I haven't heard anything from the delivery company.
I called into DFS and was told I should hear something by the 27th
I have been trying to get through to the delivery company, but I keep getting cut off, I have also sent an email to WS "Specialist" delivery, no reply, now wish that I didn't pay cash, I thought purchasing from DFS would be straight forward, but unfortunately not so. the money has been taken, and I'm waiting!!!!!

I have contacted DFS again, I was told I should hear within 24 to 72 hours, I was told on the 22nd that the furniture was ready for delivery, so why hasn't it been delivered..... 😕

At last I managed to get through to the "delivery" specialist, he told me it was ready for delivery on the 18/08/24 and can't understand why it wasn't delivered!! I will never use DFS again.... Will it ever arrive, customer service..

It would appear this company doesn't care about the reviews, as no comments from them!!!
I contacted WS and I had to ask the lady to repeat to me, she said my sofa was delivered to a different customer, because there were no deliveries in my area, I would have to wait until it was worth delivering, after a lot of shouting at DFS, today 11/09/24 I received a refund, so a month in their bank gaining interest, no compensation for me, I won't use them again, why use a careless inadequate company to damage their reputation, I shall be passing the bad experience on to as many people as possible, disgusting...

I did expect some communication from head office, or someone who might show a sign of respect, but all I got was the refund, after so much dissatisfaction....
I cringe at the DFS advert on the TV.
