GLS najgorsza możliwa opcja !!!
Sklep wysłał paczkę w piątek. Zdziwiłem się jak otrzymałem informacje , że paczka dotrze w poniedziałek. Sklep w Niemczech moj adres rowniez .W Polsce jest to jak najbardziej możliwe, myślę że paczka doszła by nawet w sobotę. Ale jak do w De czeka się jak by paczka szła z Chin . Wracając do tematu . Obserwowałem codziennie gdzie jest moja paczka. Od poniedziałku do środy stała w miejscu po czym aktualizacja w czwartek pokazała że paczka została wysłana spowrotem do nadawcy (sklepu ). Napisałem do sprzedawcy okazało się że to nie pierwszy raz i nie mają pojęcia dlaczego tak się dzieje .Gls oczywiście nie odpowiada na moja wiadomosc z zapytaniem . Podsumowując GLS dragedia!!! , jak będę miał możliwość wyboru , to nigdy już nie wybiorę tego przewoźnika.

Kurier nie pojawił się w ogóle i napisał notatkę ,, zły adres,, !!! Adres na przesyłce jest prawidłowy.
Przesyłka nr 50889029015.
Pomimo interwencji, przesyłki nadal nie. Na stronie śledzenie - kurier był na tej ulicy...jednak nie dotarł!!! Znowu napisze, że nie mógł znaleźć adresu ......!!!!!!1

Nigdy nie przychodzi paczka do domu i musze z tej tylko firmy latać po mieście. Nie po to zamawiam do domu aby za paczka latać. Hermes /DHL zawsze dostarczają paczki do domu i nie mają problemu. Nawet na osiedle nie wjedzie kurier.

Będąc w pracy dostałem mail że odebrałem paczkę osobiście a mnie w domu nie było , gdy wróciłem z pracy paczki nie ma ani listu w skrzynce bo myślałem że dali sąsiadowi i od tygodnia mam problem ustalić gdzie paczka bo nikt nie odpowiada na mail , kabaret

Niestety ta firma kurierska to tragedia kurier nie dostarcza mi przesyłek tylko podjeżdża pod dom po czym zaznacza iż odmówiłem odbioru przesyłki i od razu odjeżdża dalej robi tak za każdym razem gdyby to zależało ode mnie to nigdy nie wybrał bym tej firmy kurierskiej jedyne co dostarcza to opony jeśli uda się zmienić opcję dostawy na pozostawienie pod drzwiami gdyż innych przesyłek tak nie można zrobić bo nie ma takiej opcji dlatego GLS to katastrofa albo proszę zmienić kuriera bo ten jest straszny
