I had a great experience working with Jonah from Otter Support. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while assisting us with getting our DoorDash orders to properly inject into our Toast POS system.
Jonah took the time to walk through the issue clearly, made sure everything was fully resolved, and followed up to confirm it was working correctly. Her communication was professional and efficient, and she made what could have been a stressful situation very smooth.
