Leo has been having pawables collagen for a few months now, and the difference in him has been unbelievable to be honest. He is running about much more than ever and seems like he’s got much more energy too. The collagen is definitely a winner for all of us. Brilliant.

I purchased a golf driver head cover from Golf Online, literally tried for a couple of years to get this item (Dobermann Headcover) and just by chance I seen them in stock on this website. Brilliant customer service at the Aintree store. I needed help with trying to order in a head cover, choosing a cap and buying balls. Wow! In a good way that is. I purchased one of Reads Gifts from their website, which was really easy to use. I bought the MLRS statuette. The item arrived really quickly considering it needed engraving etc. the quality of the product was absolutely outstanding. I am delighted with it, and I sent an email to Reads Gifts to let them know this. I got a reply back from them too, which I wasn’t really expecting, but it just goes to show the level of great customer service and satisfaction they strive to deliver. We decided to go to the Ombudsman as our energy supplier had treated us appallingly for the past 6-10 months. The Ombudsman dealt with our case very professionally and fairly, because without the Ombudsman Services, we would literally been in thousands and thousands and thousands of pounds worth of debt, which wasn’t our doing at all, as was proved. So, if you find yourself in a similar situation with your energy supplier, please don’t hesitate to contact the Ombudsman, these guys are very helpful and fair. Thank you Ombudsman Services.

Excellent service from Premier Lakeballs, my item arrived really well packed and in perfect condition as per the description. The sellers name was Scott and his communication throughout my purchase was first class. I will definitely use Premier Lakeballs again. Ps thanks for the two golf pencils included in the package. My wife, our friend, our dog and I visited the Go Outdoors store this morning to hopefully purchase a couple of new coats. There was so much to choose from as the store was immaculately set out and everything was labelled as it should be. (Previous retail experience talking here, lol). Anyway, we were made to feel very welcome and the staff in the Liverpool dock road store were superb. Very helpful and knowledgeable too. One member of staff in particular, Amber, was extremely helpful, polite and professional throughout our visit. She checked stock for us, found items we were looking for, and helped us to achieve our aim, in finding our new coats, plus a few extra items. The staff, and most of the customers were also very welcoming to our dog Leo, who is a Doberman. The store had a water bowl and doggy treats laid out in a very nice set up by the main entrance too. Things like this definitely make stores like Go Outdoors appealing to customers with dogs/pets, so thank you and very well done all at Go Outdoors. Especially Amber, who indeed went above and beyond for us today. Also thanks to Matty at the checkout area, he was also very helpful and polite too. Overall, a brilliant shopping trip and an outstanding team at Go Outdoors. Many Thanks.

Mersey Rod came out straight away to tend to our outdoor kitchen drain, which was blocked. All of the staff from the initial phone call with Becky to the very polite, friendly and professional member of their team called Andy, who quickly and efficiently unblocked the drain, whilst explaining what was happening throughout the procedure,were absolutely fantastic. I had watched this company’s YouTube videos before booking, as we have previously been let down by other companies in the past, but not these guys. These are the real deal. Well done all at Mersey Rod, Outstanding service.

Wow!!! From the quality of the food to the professionalism of this Company, Mersey Raw is definitely the way forward for us and our dog Leo. We have fed raw since birth but the look and pure quality is there to be seen, and most importantly, Leo absolutely loves it. He has been fussy in the past, and so far we’ve tried 4 Mersey Raw varieties, and he leaves his bowl clean every time. A final thing with this Company that we love, is the way they inform you of different things, such as new things to try, or if something has gone wrong or gone well, they are honest, and as a customer, you really can’t ask for any more than that. Brilliant food, brilliant service, well done all at Mersey Raw. Outstanding.

Wow, wow, wow! Talk about perfect service, this was it. I ordered the 50x70cm, 3 dog portrait from My Pet Frame the week before Christmas, so I knew it was a long shot getting it on time for Christmas Day, but accepted that it might arrive late. No! From ordering this fantastic portrait to it arriving in my home, 1 week! And like I said, the week before Christmas too. I did my homework and read reviews before ordering, and I understand people are entitled to their opinions, but some of the poorly scored reviews really are way off the mark in my opinion. From the first email I sent, and there were 4 in total, I had replies to each of them within hours of sending them. The team at this place were so helpful, and changed the order of my pets names for me FREE of charge too, so no sign of anything untoward, as previous reviews stated. The portrait itself is absolutely beautiful, featuring two of our pets who are no longer with us, and our beautiful Dobermann Leo, all now together on one photo for the first time ever. The realistic drawings of each of them are 100% our dogs. I wouldn’t have accepted anything less. Also proving that this Company DO use the actual uploaded content which is sent in, and NOT ready made specific dog breed photographs, again as some review mentioned!! I feel like I am defending this Company, and I suppose I am to an extent, but I just wanted to give both my experience of using this service and put it out there for others to feel safe using them too, as clearly some incorrect information has been put onto this fantastic review site about them. The portrait was wrapped so well, the postman dropped it accidentally (I have video footage) and not a mark was on the portrait, due to it being packaged really really well. I genuinely don’t have anything negative to say about My Pet Frame whatsoever, and I would like to thank all of you working there, for creating a truly beautiful portrait for my wife and I to enjoy. Fantastic clothing, super quick delivery both times, really really pleased with Montirex.

I took my Wife and Nephew for their Truck driving experience at Three Sisters Circuit in Wigan with Carchaseheroes. From parking the car on arrival to leaving the site ALL of the staff were super friendly and helpful, absolutely faultless. The organisation was very good, especially considering the amount of people who were in attendance, well done. The truck driving instructor was amazing, he made everyone feel relaxed and helped both of them get the most from their experiences, superb.
The only negative from the day, and I have to put this, is that there is a so called offer for your driving experience, if you but the photos and driving video of your day, you can get both for £50!!! EACH!!! this was far too expensive for what they were, and you can take your own photos/videos anyway, so we refrained from taking them up on this offer, far too pricey. Besides this though, the day was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if you get the weather we did. Enjoy.

I have purchased a photo frame with ornamental pebbles on and it looks absolutely amazing. I received it in super quick time, as I chose the express shipping option, as it was a gift for Christmas, and needed to get it here on time. Anyway, I am really really pleased with how it looks and is safely and securely packaged to avoid any possible damage too. Great quality and very friendly service. We purchased 3 different items from BullyBillows. A collar, Lead & a harness. They all arrived really quickly and we’re delivered in a really well presented box. All products were made of top quality too. We absolutely love the combat collar (size L) best, it is super strong, has an amazing lock/clasp on it, and also boasts a handle too, which is priceless for close control of our Dobermann. We will definitely use this company again as the quality and service was second to none. Brilliant.

Go Outdoors staff ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS go above and beyond for their valued customers. We have shopped here on numerous occasions and if there was ever an issue or indeed assistance required, then the team were always there to help, no matter what.
On this most recent occasion, I had ordered a certain sized product (coat) to be delivered to the store for collection by myself. The incorrect product was delivered, but the store manager and team at the Liverpool branch on the dock road, were quite simply outstanding. I got to choose a different coat which I was happy to do, and they rectified the problem immediately.
Well done to all of the store team in Liverpool - Brilliant.
