This is a great company producing a fantastic product
My Brittany spaniel has never looked back since taking it he runs like mad jumps and appears comfortable at all times
Plus one item was thought to be lost in post and was replaced the next day

Excellent pet care

I have been registered since original start up
I have never felt such complete care for my animals and a vet who cares for the human involved with their pet with utmost attention too detail
My dogs show no anxiety whatsoever with this vet
The support staff are excellent with their care confidence and competence . Extremely well trained and genuine people

?? Guarantee worthless

Contacted today re unable to remove error code item was fitted19 mths ago and has worked fine previously
Told to contact whoever fitted it as would be faulty fitting
Independant person inspected and sorted within few mins
Thanks Blomberg 5 year worthless guarantee

Unable to install

Agreed to have youfibre
They came to install then the installer saw he would need to report back as they would need a cherry picker to reach the box which was 10 ft high

Very disappointed having paid via…

Very disappointed having paid via PayPal to get message saying something wrong.Rang and had to wait behind 13 folk to be told all ok.Same thing happened day after spoke to same person and decided to cancel
