Yodel is by far the worst courier…

Yodel is by far the worst courier company in UK, every parcel is delayed by at least a week or more and about 15% of their parcels get lost. This is just incredible and unacceptable. Customer service online chat is unavailable and the telephone service line is just an automated thing reading the tracking details so please please do not waste your time folks.

Packlink ignore its customers, extremely poor service!

Been trying to reach anyone about the claim I raised for lost parcel purchased on eBay with Packlink and guess what - noting, no response just total ignorance. Over 30 working days gone past since they said they will compensate for the lost parcel but they seam not to bother or care. I suggest you guys just use anyone else just not Packlink on eBay!!!

Money taken, small part of the order shipped, would not answer to emails.

Ordered 8 bags of dog food and meds, only 1/3 of the order arrived, 2 weeks after no contact no information explaining what is going on, over £220 paid. Will have to start a chargeback procedure with my credit card supplier.

Esure Flex - No accesss to the account and no customer service

Esure flex company is a joke, they call themselves a 1st digital...1st digital and most rubbish I ever dealt with!! I have lost access to my online account after asking customer assistant on the chat to change my email address. Now I can not log in anymore, it is their fault. Now chat just does not work, would not connect with the advisor, no contact telephone number, no email address to email them, absolutly nothing. I got no policy copy, nothing. I will contact my credit card provider and claim money back from this fraudulent company. I do not even want to think what would happen in case of a claim.

tomtom lawsuit

I am fed up with it, supposed to have life time updates on maps and speed cameras but tomtom has removed them. I bought my device several years ago hoping I will be ok for now but no, I wont. I will wait for a group action Lawsuit against tomtom in UK to join them and I will never again buy tomtom device.

Life time warranty is a con

Bought their 6piece knife set in one of their shops several years ago, knives were sharp and I liked them but handles cracked with a time. I have send number of emails to the company but never heard anything back. Next time I would not buy it again and I do not recommend them if they treat their customers like that.

The bulb - uczciwy dostawca energii oraz proste warunki umowy.

The bulb moja opinia - switch poszedl sprawnie i szybko. Obecnie jestem z ta firma juz prawie rok, w kazdej chwili mozna sie wycofac/zmienic dostawce bez zadnych kar-dodatkowych kosztow. Bardzo dobry kontakt z firma, szybko odpowiadaja na maile, w przeciwienstwie do wielu innych firm. Zmiana miesiecznej oplaty czy chocby danych banku jest prosta i trwa chwilke, wszystko mozna zrobic online. Aplikacja jak i samo konto online jest intuicyjne i bardzo proste w obsludze. Wciaz jest to najtanszy dostawca energi na moje potrzeby. Z czystym sumieniem polecam!

Obecnie zamiast £50 bonusa za switch oferuja 2x wiecej dla kazdego, to jest £100 ktore moze byc zdjete z piewszych rachunkow jesli do zmiany dostawcy energii na Bulb wykorzystacie ponizszy link. (Usuncie spacie)

Despite having several bank accounts …

Despite having several bank accounts this one is the worst. It seams ok, but nothing works, have been opened for several days and just tried to transfer some founds to the other bank, no chance, I got message to contact the customer service, I did twice, after 2nd call they managed to sort half of my problems. So I dug a bit further and realised I can log in to my current account also through cydensdale bank website (they did not tell me that) and then successfully do the required transfers. However the way that account looks (layout) through cydensdale website is awful but the main thing is, it works. Also I was able to find out that B Bank wont be doing any founds transfers over the weekends - WHAAAAT? It is not a joke, I suppose it might be more such a flowers in their proceedings. Will have to close it soon. People from the help line were polite and tried to be helpful, it is the only good think about it.

Once they take money you wont get it back.

After purchase said they are out of stock and sent what they decided will be ok, which obviously was a cheaper product. Another item was wrong as well and had misleading photos, when I sent it back they refunded but without their shipping costs. It took a whole month to get it sorted with them. I will never shop from them again.

Metabo drill

Promised delivery for next day, then did not sent till the following day. Manager lied in email item was late restocking when checked before with their stuff and got told item was ready to be posted immediately. Can understand errors and delays during busy time but wont tolerate liars!

Metabo W22-230 ex-demo

Extremely happy with my purchase, nearly half price to Brand New item, mine was ex-demo but still looks like new. Very good contact and happy to change order even after payment was completed. Will use again! Specially for cutting discs and other D&Y tools I am gonna buy in the future.
