Disappointing Lack of Pricing Transparency

Based on my personal experience with SmartCharts, I feel compelled to leave a two-star review on Trustpilot.

I have been a loyal customer of SmartCharts for over three years, during which I have invested in their original courses and successfully navigated their trading journey, even securing funding.

However, there is one significant issue that has continually frustrated me.

Whenever there is a software upgrade or a desire to obtain signals for a different strategy, SmartCharts insists on selling yet another expensive course.

While I understand the need for learning new strategies, it seems unjustified to charge for upgrades to advanced analytics.

After all, these upgrades are merely tools to assist in executing one's existing plans and strategies, which we have already learned.

Regrettably, there is no option to simply add or upgrade the software. To make matters worse, the initial cost of purchasing SmartCharts exceeded £3,000, with an additional monthly fee of £79 to keep it active. This does not even take into account the thousands of pounds I have already spent on training.

Recently, I noticed a new feature called "ideas" and "tools" added to the charts, but they are inaccessible and appear greyed out.

The accompanying tab instructs users to email the company if they want advanced analytics.

However, here lies the problem—SmartCharts refuses to disclose any information via email. Instead, they insist on scheduling a Zoom call with a sales representative.

This only implies one thing: to gain access to advanced analytics, one must purchase yet another expensive course. Furthermore, I can expect an increase in my monthly subscription fee.

When I confronted them about the necessity of a Zoom call for another course, expressing my disinterest, SmartCharts completely ignored my query. Very unprofessional.

Their lack of response can only be interpreted as confirmation that advanced analytics are indeed unavailable without the purchase of an additional, costly course.

I must express my utmost dissatisfaction with this situation, as it strikes me as completely absurd, not to mention a rip-off and an exploitative practise.

As a customer who has dedicated both time and a substantial amount of money to SmartCharts over the past three years, I expected a more transparent and straightforward approach.

Unfortunately, their organisation has always been elusive with pricing, in my experience.

I firmly believe that upgrading my monthly subscription to gain access to advanced analytics would be a reasonable request.

However, demanding the purchase of an entirely new course, which carries a significant financial burden, is an unjustifiable proposition.

This company would rather have you cancel your subscription altogether than tell you the price.

Not responding to login issue

I purchased an LTD from this site years ago, and the account and password worked perfectly. I tried for the entire week and received an error message stating that the user/password is incorrect. When I attempted to reset my password, the system notification "system is too busy" appeared. There was no response from support. Based on similar comments, I believe the seller has abandoned the lifetime agreement for early investors.

Changed My Perception About Forex

I am so glad I found this company on my search to learn how to trade the forex market. I knew I found the right place when their promotions weren't filled with images of 'gurus' in rented Lamborghinis and wads of cash! Learn to trade has changed the perception I had about trading. Their approach is more about protecting your money. There is plenty to be made if you have discipline and follow your plan. Based on my experience, if you are new to fx trading, you would be doing yourself a disservice by going to anyone else but Learn to Trade.

I wanted to provide an update regarding my experiences with Learn To Trade and SmartCharts, specifically related to their pricing structures.

It has been nearly three years since my initial feedback, and I believe it is important to share my updated perspective.

Learn To Trade can still serve as a valuable starting point for learning to trade. However, I urge you to approach their pricing structures with caution.

Should you rely on their mandatory SmartCharts platform, you may find yourself spending significant sums of money on add-ons like advanced analytics and other features.

Unfortunately, despite my efforts to obtain specific pricing details, I have been met with a lack of transparency.

The company refuses to disclose clear information regarding pricing, making it challenging for customers to assess the true costs involved.

Based on my personal experience and online research, it appears that pricing varies from person to person, further adding to the confusion.

Today, on June 30, 2023, after almost three years, I have made the difficult decision to cancel my subscription.

This choice was driven by the lack of transparency and what I perceive to be exorbitant charges for advanced analytics powered by Autochartist.

It is worth noting that comparable services can be obtained free of charge from other brokers.

The pricing structure implemented by Learn To Trade remains vague, with undisclosed requirements for additional purchases and subscription modifications.

I wanted to share this update to highlight the ongoing concerns surrounding the lack of transparency and customer-oriented pricing practises exhibited by Learn To Trade and SmartCharts.

As a consumer, I prioritise honesty, clarity, and fair pricing. Regrettably, these elements have been sorely lacking in my experience with the company.

Excellent At Ignoring Emails

Place an order for a Xiaomi Mi Box S Android 4K TV Box on 28 June 2020.

Received a message on 1 July 2020 "Your parcel has been picked up and collected by courier and left our warehouse."

When I look at the tracking number on the courier service the message is "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel".

It's been almost 2 weeks now and all correspondence has been ignored because I still haven't received my order.

I guess I'm going to have to request a chargeback or dispute with Paypal.

This company makes the buying experience very difficult in my experience, not a hassle-free transaction like with other shops.

Needless to say, I will never buy from this company again.

I would recommend that you spend a few quid elsewhere because their prices aren't worth the hassle once they got your money.

Took long but we got there

Took longer than expected to get my item tested and paid (over 3 weeks). Had to send email after 10 days asking for an update. Was told it was a busy period in the reply and confirmed day it would be tested. It was tested on that day and payment arrived about 5 days after that.

I would like to inform you that once we receive customers item we request them to allow 7 to 10 working days for the processing to be completed. As we receive a large number of WeBuy orders, the items are queued for testing as soon as we receive the orders.

We do endeavour to process all the orders within a week, however, due to the volume of WeBuy orders, this is not always possible and we have received a higher volume of orders than usual so are experiencing a slight delay. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
