Do not buy Luna Skin


I’m very disappointed with Luna Skin’s customer service. I contacted them on 15th January regarding a faulty product and initially expected a response, but since then they have stopped replying altogether. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails and have been completely ignored.

The lack of communication and refusal to address a faulty product is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, it feels like the company is actively avoiding the issue rather than trying to resolve it.

I would not recommend purchasing from Luna Skin unless they significantly improve their after-sales support and take responsibility when something goes wrong.

Just great

Absolutely loved them! Ordered three bottles, all different! The Vetiver is a classic!! Highly recommend 👌

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service! I ordered heating oil at the beginning of January, thinking that this was plenty of time before I needed it,
The first scheduled delivery was 13th January, which would have been fine, however, a notification that the oil would not be delivered arrived on the 14th!
Then the next scheduled delivery was 20th January, this was now getting slightly worrying as the oil was now into the reserve!
I called Boilerjuice, once again the oil had not been delivered. Then as I explained that this was critical, a delivery was scheduled for today, 22nd January!!!!! Still no oil, I'm now on the verge of completely running out, which means no hot water, central heating!! So who will have to pay if this happens for the bleeding of the system.
The response i received from BoilerJuice at 17:00 was theirs nothing they can do today, so call again tomorrow morning at 08:00!!

This is horrendous customer service, no empathy or concern on the outcome! This will be the last time I use them and I will advise all my friends, family that use them, not to in the future!

Integrity!!!!

Once again, a terrible service from Amazon delivery drivers!!! Leaving a parcel at the wrong address, taking a picture and reporting it delivered.
The CHAT Customer service is useless and offers absolutely no help!!

Rectified Customer service

Although the initial experience was not great, i appreciate that the issue was resolved with the help of their customer service team.


The parcel delivery was never attempted by Amazon Shipping, even though the driver had reported it had.
Footasylum showed no interest in offering a refund, even though Amazon informed me to contact them directly.

Delivery

Arranged for flowers to be delivered on a specific date for a birthday!

Unfortunately the delivery fell into the 5% that do not make to the destination on time!

Apparently it had been out for delivery
via Royal Mail for the whole day but never made it!

Really disappointed that when calling customer services all I received was a sorry!!!!

Absolutely no attempt to deliver my…

Absolutely no attempt to deliver my parcel, stating the driver couldn't gain access! Maybe if he would called or gone to the correct address this may of helped!!
How many times do Yodel need to get a simple delivery right!
Amazing customer service again!!!!!
